Download Product Media Zip File

OverView​

You can download image and video data registered for a product together in a Zip file.

Purpose​

This feature can be used for the following purposes:

  • Backing up product media
    You can save the image and video data registered for the product to your local environment to back up the data. Inside the Zip file, data is organized into folders by the product's Model Number, allowing you to obtain organized image and video folders for each product.
  • Sharing product media with buyers
    You can easily download the organized image and video folders for each product as a Zip file and send it directly via email or other methods.
  • Data migration to other systems
    You can batch retrieve media files when migrating product data to external systems or platforms, such as e-commerce sites.
  • Use in creating materials
    It can be used as media material for products when creating original product catalogs, presentation materials, promotional items, and more.
  • Merchant API Call and Integration
    This feature is also supported by the Merchant API.
    Companies subscribed to the Merchant API Add-on can utilize this for API integration development.

Instructions​

Go to the Operation Screen​

  1. Click Products in the header menu.
  2. Click the Product tab.
    *It is open by default.
  3. Search Products You can search for products by filtering by each item.
  4. Select Products Select products by checking the desired products.
    You can select Up to 10 items.
  5. Click the Download Product Media ZIP File button.
    The Download Product Media ZIP File modal will open.

Enter the Form​

  1. Media Compression Preset
    Select one of the following three compression settings for the media to be downloaded.
    • Default: Standard compression settings.
    • Max Quality: Low compression rate setting. Specify this when you want to prioritize quality, such as image resolution.
    • Max Compression: High compression rate setting. Specify this when you want to make the file size as small as possible.

Execute the Operation​

  1. Click Download.
    The Zip file will be downloaded.

When you unzip the downloaded Zip file, you can view the media sorted into folders by product Model Number.

Important Notes​

  • You can download up to 10 products at the same time.
    You cannot download 11 or more products at the same time.
  • You can download a Zip file of up to 30MB in a single download process.
    Zip files exceeding 30MB will fail to download and result in an error.
