Register a User Account

Overview​

By registering a user account, you can log in to DEXTRE and use the application.

The registered email address and password will be used for subsequent logins.

Purpose​

The main purpose of this feature is to manage DEXTRE user information as user accounts and centralize login information.

With a single registered user account, you can log in to both the Merchant App and the Buyer App.

What you can do with user account registration​

You can register a user account to use DEXTRE.

By logging in using the email address and password registered to your user account, you can use the application.

*It is also possible to change the entered account information after registration is complete.

User account issuance rules​

Only one account can be issued per email address.

Instructions​

Navigating to the user account registration screen​

  1. Access the login page of the Merchant App.
  2. Click SIGN UP.
    The "Sign up" modal opens.

How to fill out the form​

Enter account information​

Enter the account information. All input items are required.

  1. Email
    Enter the email address to be registered.

  2. Display Name
    Enter your first and last name.

    This will be identified as your DEXTRE username.

  3. Country
    Select your country of residence from the pull-down menu.

  4. Language
    Select the language to be used for the DEXTRE display from the pull-down menu.

  5. Phone Number
    Enter your phone number.

  6. Password
    Enter your password.
    Please enter it twice for confirmation.

    Set a password of at least 8 characters using alphanumeric characters and symbols.

  7. Terms of Service
    Click Read the Terms of Service and review the content of the terms.

    Once you have finished reviewing the Terms of Service, check the I agree to the Terms of Service.

Sending and verifying the authentication code via email​

  1. If there are no issues with the input form, click Send an authentication code.
    An authentication code will be sent to the entered email address.

    In addition, the "Sign up" modal containing the VERIFICATION CODE will open on the screen.

  2. Verify the authentication code from the received email.

    The following email will be sent from DEXTRE to the entered email address.

    • Subject: Verify Your Email | DEXTRE
    • A 6-digit Code is included in the email body.

    If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder.

Enter the authentication code to complete registration​

  1. Enter the authentication code in the "Sign up" modal.

    Enter the 6-digit number from the email body as the authentication code.

  2. After confirming the entered details, click the Verify button.

    If there are no issues, registration is complete, and a user account is created.
    *You will be logged in automatically.
