Create an Email Campaign
Overview
Email Campaign is a feature that allows you to send bulk campaign emails, including links to brands, catalogs, etc., to specified buyers from the Merchant App.
Purpose
By using Email Campaigns, you can provide buyers with a summary of links to brands, catalogs, and various order links, and utilize the delivery content for promotional activities.
After delivery, you can check the summary, target buyers, and tracking data for each delivered email, making it easier to organize information as material for considering the next guidance or measures.
In addition, since everything from selecting delivery targets to creating emails and checking delivery results can be done continuously on the Merchant App, it becomes easier to proceed with ongoing guidance tasks.

Select one of the following five types of links to embed in the email body.

| Customer Order Link | Embeds a specified Customer Order Link. Offline buyers can be included in the target. |
Settings at the Time of Delivery
In the Email Campaign settings, enter the following items.
- Administrative Title
- Delivery Language
- Sender
- Reply-to Email Address
- Target Buyers
- Subject
- Email Body
The delivery language is selected from Japanese or English, and the language of the email text changes according to the selected language.
All delivery emails are sent from the system's dedicated delivery address noreply@dextre.app.
The reply-to email address is listed in the email body as the contact point for inquiries.
Saving Drafts and Checking After Delivery
For created Email Campaigns, you can choose to keep them temporarily by saving as a draft or send them immediately for delivery.
Email Campaigns saved as drafts can be edited or archived later.
For delivered Email Campaigns, you can check the overall summary, the list of buyers who were targeted for delivery, and tracking data for each delivery email on the detail screen.
Instructions
Creation and confirmation of Email Campaigns are performed with the following operations.
1. Create and Send Email Campaigns
Move to the Email Campaign Creation Screen
- Click the Marketing menu.
- Click Create Email Campaign.
Transitions to the "Create Email Campaign" screen.
How to Fill Out the Form

Title
Enter an administrative title for the Email Campaign. It is not displayed to buyers. -
Language
Specify the language of the delivery email.Select from
JapaneseorEnglishin the pull-down menu. -
Content
Select the content type from the following five in the pull-down menu.- Brand
- Catalog: Also select the target catalog in the pull-down menu.
- Instant Order Link: Also select the target link in the pull-down menu.
- Dynamic Brand Link: Also select the target link in the pull-down menu.
- Customer Order Link: Also select the target link in the pull-down menu.

From Name
Enter the sender name for the delivery email. It will be inserted into the delivery email. -
Reply to Email Address
Enter the email address that will be the contact point for inquiries.*Since delivery emails are sent from the dedicated delivery address
noreply@dextre.app, a contact email address is required. -
Select the target buyers.
- From the buyer list, check the checkboxes of the target buyers for delivery to select them.
- Multiple selections are possible.
- You can narrow down buyers by entering conditions in Search Buyers.
- To select all buyers that match the search criteria, click Select All.
- To clear all checks, click Remove All Selections.

Subject
Enter the subject of the delivery email. -
Mail Body
Enter the body of the delivery email. -

Saving an Email Campaign as a Draft or Sending It
After confirming the input content, click one of the following buttons.
- Save as Draft: If you are not sending yet, click the Save as Draft button.
The Email Campaign is saved as a draft. - Send: If you want to send it immediately, click the Send button.
The Email Campaign is sent to the target buyers.
2. Check Email Campaign Delivery Results
For delivered Email Campaigns, you can check detailed analytics such as click rates and buyers who opened the email.
Move to the Email Campaign Detail Screen

Click the Marketing menu.
Transitions to the "Marketing Management" screen. -
Click the Detail button of any campaign.
Transitions to the "Email Campaign Details" screen.tipYou can narrow down Email Campaigns by entering the following conditions in the Filter.
- Title: Enter the title.
- Content Type: Select from the pull-down menu.
- Language: Select from the pull-down menu.
Check Email Campaign Delivery Results

Email Campaign
Displays a summary of the Email Campaign. -
Target Buyers
Displays a list of buyers to whom the Email Campaign was delivered. -
Sent Campaign Emails
Displays a list of Email Campaign delivery results. You can check each delivered email unit.By clicking the Detail button for each email, you can individually check the tracking data for the campaign email.
Important Notes
Handling of Sender Email Address and Reply-to
The sender of delivery emails is the system-fixed dedicated delivery address noreply@dextre.app.
The reply-to email address is information described within the email body, and it is not possible to reply directly to the received email.
If you need to inform the buyer of the reply-to destination, please set the reply-to email address correctly.
Conditions for Delivery Including Offline Buyers
Offline buyers can be included in the delivery target only when Customer Order Link is specified as the content type.
If the content type is as follows, offline buyers cannot be included in the target.

When delivering to offline buyers, please set the login email address and password for the customer order link of the offline buyer in advance.
About Accuracy of Tracking Data
Tracking of opens, deliveries, etc., displayed in the delivery results depends on the security measures of the receiving buyer.
Therefore, 100% accurate measurement results are not guaranteed for all destinations.
