Explains how to delete images stored in media storage.

Purpose​

By organizing images stored in media storage and removing unnecessary assets, you can clarify which media should be referenced and centralize information management.

Checking the target image and where it is used before deletion can help reduce the risk of deleting the wrong image.

What You Can Do With This Feature​

You can delete images stored in media storage.

You can delete an image regardless of whether it is linked to other data and currently in use.

Display of Image Usage Status​

How image usage information is displayed differs depending on the image category, as follows.

Product​

In the image details, you can check whether the image is linked to "Related Products".

You can delete the image even if it is linked to product information.

Brand, Catalog, and Lookbook​

Information about where the target image is currently used is not displayed.

Instructions​

Moving to the Image Deletion Screen​

  1. Click the Media menu.

  2. Open one of the following categories where the target image is saved.

    • Brand
    • Catalog
    • Lookbook
    • Product

  3. Click the image to delete.
    The "Image detail" modal opens.

  4. Click the Delete button.
    A preview screen for confirmation is displayed.

Deleting the Image​

After confirming the details, click the Delete button.

When the process is complete, the target image will be deleted from the media storage.

Important Notes​

Deletion Cannot Be Undone​

Once the deletion is executed, the operation cannot be undone and data cannot be restored.

Before executing the deletion, please be sure to confirm that you have selected the correct image.
