Create a Signature for Document Output

Overview​

This feature registers and manages signatures to be inserted into various document PDFs.

Purpose​

Since signature data can be registered and managed per brand, signature images to be output to various document PDFs can be handled centrally.

By registering the signature to be output to the document in advance, it becomes easier to manage the necessary signatures.

What is a signature​

A signature is an image inserted into the signature field of various document PDFs.

You can register signature data per brand and manage it in a list.

By registering signature data, signatures for international transactions and seal images for domestic transactions can be output and displayed on the target document PDFs.

Document PDFs that can apply signatures​

Signatures can be applied to the following 6 types of documents.

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Delivery Note
  • Goods Return Note
  • Invoice
  • Credit Note

Instructions​

Navigating to the signature creation screen​

  1. Click the Brand menu.
  2. Click the Document Settings button.
    It will transition to the "Document Settings" page.
  3. Click the Signatures tab.
  4. Click the Create Signature button.
    It will transition to the "Create Signature" page.

How to enter the form​

  1. Display Name (Required)
    Enter the display name of the signature.

  2. Is Default
    Specify with the toggle button whether to set the signature to be created as the default.

    • Yes: Sets to default. It is set as the initial value of the signature when downloading the document PDF.
    • No: Does not set to default.

  3. Click the Select an Image button and select the image to upload.
    You can also add it by drag and drop.

Creating a signature​

  1. Check the contents and click the Create button.

    If the process is successful, the signature will be created.
    If the creation fails, check the error details and try again.

Important Notes​

Format and recommended size of uploadable image files​

The recommended size and supported formats for signature images are as follows.

  • Recommended size: 118px width, 29px height
  • Supported file type: jpeg, png, webp, gif

Only one can be set as the default​

Only one signature can be set as the default.

If you set the signature to be created as the default, the default setting of other signatures that have already been set as the default will be canceled.
