Getting Started
This guide explains the main flows to check when you start using the DEXTRE Buyer App: logging in, accepting trading invitations, placing orders, configuring buyer organization settings, and updating login information.
Login Procedure
If you already use the DEXTRE Buyer App, log in with the following steps.
- Access the DEXTRE Buyer App
- Enter your email address and password
- Click the Login button
Accept a Trading Invitation
If you are using the DEXTRE Buyer App for the first time, the standard way to get started is to accept a trading invitation from a brand.
If you place an order from an Order Link issued by a brand, you start using the app through a different flow from accepting a trading invitation.
- Accept a Trading Invitation from a Brand - Confirm and accept the trading invitation received from a brand, then create a buyer organization.
Place an Order
Placing an order is the buyer-side purchasing task of submitting an order to a brand.
- Place an Order - Add products from a catalog to the cart and place an order.
Buyer Organization and Login Information Settings
Buyer Organization Settings
Configure basic buyer organization information, addresses, and collaborating members as needed.
- Buyer Organization General Settings - Set and manage basic information such as the buyer organization name and contact information.
- Create a Delivery Address or Billing Address - Create delivery addresses and billing addresses used when placing orders.
- Invite Members to a Buyer Organization - Invite members who will co-manage the buyer organization.
Login Information Settings
You can change your email address, password, name, and other account information.
