Register a User Account

Overview​

Registering a User Account allows you to log in to DEXTRE and use the Buyer app.

Purpose​

This is a feature for managing the login information required to use DEXTRE as a User Account.

You can log in to the Buyer app using the registered User Account.

What you can do with User Account registration​

You can register a User Account to use DEXTRE.

You can log in to DEXTRE using the email address and password registered to your User Account.

Instructions​

Navigating to the User Account registration screen​

  1. Access the Buyer app login page.
  2. Click the SIGN UP button.
    The "Sign up" modal will open.

How to fill out the form​

Enter Account Information​

Enter the account information. All input fields are required.

  1. Email
    Enter the email address to register.

  2. Country
    Select your country of residence from the pull-down.

  3. Language
    Select the language used to display the DEXTRE screens from the pull-down.

  4. Display Name
    Enter your first and last name.

    This will be identified as your DEXTRE user name.

  5. Phone Number
    Enter your phone number.

  6. Password
    Enter your password.
    Please enter it twice for confirmation.

    Set the password with a string of 8 or more characters, using alphanumeric characters and symbols.

  7. Terms of Service
    Click Read the Terms of Service and check the contents of the Terms of Service.

    After checking the contents of the Terms of Service, check the I agree to the Terms of Service. checkbox.

Send and verify the Verification Code via email​

  1. Confirm your input and click the Send an authentication code button.
    The Verification Code will be emailed to the entered email address.

    On the screen, the "Sign up" modal containing the Verification Code input field will open.

  2. Check the Verification Code from the received email.

    You will receive the following email from DEXTRE to the entered email address.

    • Subject: Verify Your Email | DEXTRE
    • A 6-digit Code is included in the body of the email.

    If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder.

Enter the Verification Code to complete registration​

  1. After checking the email, return to the "Sign up" modal in the Buyer app and enter the Verification Code in the Verification Code input field.

    For the Verification Code, enter the 6-digit number included in the body of the email.

  2. Confirm your input and click the Verify button.

    If there are no issues, registration is complete and your User Account will be created.
    *You will be logged in automatically.

Important Notes​

About email addresses that can be used for registration​

Only one User Account can be issued per email address.

You cannot use an email address that is already registered to a User Account to register another User Account.
