Accept a Trading Invitation from a Brand

Overview​

This section explains how to review and accept a trading invitation received from a brand.

Purpose​

You accept a trading invitation to complete the steps required to start trading with a brand.

By accepting the trading invitation and signing in, you can create a new buyer organization and connect with the brand.

What you can do by accepting a trading invitation​

You can confirm and accept the trading invitation received from a brand.

After you accept the trading invitation, a new buyer organization is created, and the brand and the buyer organization are connected.

What is a buyer organization?​

A buyer organization is a trading account for viewing product catalogs and placing orders.

Multiple users can belong to the same buyer organization as collaborating members.

What is available after acceptance​

Once the brand and the buyer organization are connected, you can view catalogs published by the brand and place orders.

Instructions​

Open the invitation confirmation screen​

  1. Open the trading invitation email received from the brand.
  2. Click Register Now in the email.
    The invitation confirmation page opens in a new tab of your browser.

Confirm the invitation details and accept​

  1. Confirm the invitation details.
    • Buyer Company / Organization Name
    • Message
    • Terms & Conditions
  2. If the details are correct, click the Accept button.
    • If you have an account: You will be redirected to the Buyer App sign-in screen.
    • If you do not have an account: You will be redirected to the account creation screen.

Sign in to complete the acceptance​

Signing in to the Buyer App completes acceptance of the trading invitation.

If you have an account​

  1. Use the radio button to select Use an existing Account.

  2. Enter your Email and Password, and click the Login button.

    The trading invitation is accepted.

If you do not have an account​

  1. Use the radio button to select Create a new Account, and create an account.

  2. For registration steps, see Register a User Account.

    When registering from the invitation confirmation screen, some screens differ from the normal registration steps.

    • When registering from the invitation confirmation screen, the step to Send and verify the Verification Code via email is omitted.
    • During registration, click the Create an Account and Accept The Invitation button.

    Once account creation is completed, you will be redirected to the Buyer App sign-in screen.

  3. After registration is complete, click the Login button.
    You will be signed in without entering your email and password.

    The trading invitation is accepted.

Important Notes​

Please check the message and terms and conditions before accepting​

Before accepting the trading invitation, please check the Message and Terms & Conditions from the brand.

Once the acceptance is completed, the brand and the buyer organization are connected.

A user account is required​

To complete the acceptance of the trading invitation, you need to sign in with a user account.

If you do not have a user account, please register a user account and then sign in.

Creating a user account and using the DEXTRE Buyer App are free.
