Accept a Business Offer from a Brand
Overview
This feature allows you to check and accept a business offer received from a brand in an existing buyer organization.
Purpose
You accept a business offer to review the message and terms and conditions received from a brand and start trading with the brand on DEXTRE.
Feature Description
What is a business offer?
A business offer is an invitation sent from a brand to a buyer to start trading.
In a business offer, you can check the message and terms and conditions from the brand.
What happens if I accept?
If you accept the business offer, it will be marked as accepted.
The brand and buyer will be connected, and you will be able to view catalogs published by the brand and place orders.
Instructions
Go to the business offer confirmation screen
You can check the contents of the business offer from the invitations list in the Buyer App or from the email.
When checking from the buyer app
Before starting this procedure, follow the steps below to open the dashboard for the target buyer organization.
- Sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
- Click Select for the target buyer organization.
- Click Pending Invitations.
- Click the Check an offer button.
The "Check an offer" modal opens.
When checking from an email
If you are not signed in, sign in first.
- Open the business offer email received from the brand.
- Click View Details.
The "Pending Invitations" page opens in a new tab of your browser. - Click the Check an offer button.
The "Check an offer" modal opens.
Accept the business offer

Check the invitation details.
- Brand Name
- Message
- Terms & Conditions

If the details are correct, click the Accept button.
The business offer is accepted, and you are connected to the target brand.
Important Notes
Access permissions to the buyer organization that received the business offer are required
To accept a business offer, you need access permissions to the target buyer organization.
If you sign in with a user account that does not have access permissions, you will not be able to access the Invitations page in the target buyer organization.
Having access permissions means that your account is a member of the buyer organization.
A business offer must have been received from a brand
This operation can be performed when a business offer has been received from a brand.
