Delete a Buyer Account (Organization)

Overview

Explains the procedure for deleting a buyer account (organization) that is no longer needed.

Purpose

Use this feature to remove organizations you no longer need and keep your organization list organized.

Keeping only active organizations in the list makes the information easier to review.

What is the delete buyer account (organization) feature?

This feature allows you to delete a buyer account (organization) that is no longer needed.

When deleting, it can only be executed if you enter the verification text displayed on the screen.

Instructions

Start these steps from the dashboard of the target buyer organization.

  1. Sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
  2. Click the Select button of the target buyer organization.

Move to the buyer account deletion screen

  1. Click the Buyer Settings menu.
  2. Click the Organization / Member Management tab.
  3. Click the Delete Buyer Account button.
    The "Delete Buyer Account" modal opens.

How to enter the form

  1. Check the verification text displayed at the end of If you want to delete this buyer account, please enter the following text to confirm.

  2. Enter the verification text into the input field exactly as displayed.

Execute deletion

After reviewing the details, click the Delete Account button.

If the deletion is successful, the buyer account is deleted.

If the deletion fails, an error message appears. Try again.

Important Notes

Data cannot be restored once deleted

If you delete the buyer account (organization), all data held by the target organization will be lost and cannot be accessed again.

Because you will also lose access to past order data, make sure you are deleting the correct organization before proceeding.
