User Account Settings
Overview
This section explains how to change user account settings.
You can individually update items such as profile, email, and password.
Purpose
By changing various user account settings, you can keep your account information up to date and centrally manage the information.

Types of targets to configure
There are three types of targets to configure for user accounts.
- Profile
- Password
Email and password are treated as login information.
Password Reset (Reconfiguration)
If you forget your password or cannot sign in, you can reset (reconfigure) your password from the sign-in page.
Instructions
You can perform the following actions in the user account settings.
To change the profile, email, and password of the user account, please sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
Change the profile
- Click on your own Account Name.
- Click on User Account Settings.
The "Account Profile" modal opens. - You can edit the following items as needed.
- Account holder: Enter the first and last name of the account holder.
- Phone Number: Enter the phone number.
- Country: Enter the country.
- Click the Update button.
Changes to the profile will be applied.
Change the email
- Click on your own Account Name.
- Click on User Account Settings.
The "User Account Settings" modal opens. - Click on Email Address.
- Enter the New Email Address.
To prevent input errors, we recommend manually entering it both times. - Click the Update button. An authentication URL will be sent to the new email address.
- To complete updating the email address, access the authentication URL.
By accessing it, the email address will be updated.
Change the password

Click on your own Account Name.

Click on User Account Settings.
The "User Account Settings" modal opens. -
Click on Password.

Enter the New Password.
You can use alphanumeric characters and symbols with 8 or more characters.To prevent input errors, we recommend manually entering it both times.

Click the Update button.
Changes to the password will be applied.
Reset (reconfigure) the password
These are the steps to reset (reconfigure) the password from the sign-in page.
- Click on Forgot your password? Please click here to recover. on the sign-in page.
- Enter the Email.
- Click on Send password reset email button.
An email with the subject "Reset Your Password | DEXTRE" will be sent. - Open the received email and click on Reset Your Password.
- Enter the New Password.
Please enter at least 8 alphanumeric characters and symbols. - Re-enter the password set in New Password (verify).
- Click on Update button.
- Click on Go to Sign-in page button to move to the sign-in page.
Please enter your new password to sign in.
Important Notes
Sign in after changing the email and password
If you have changed your email or password, you will need to sign in with the new information from then on.
You will no longer be able to sign in with your old email and password.
