User Account Settings
Overview
This section explains how to change user account settings in the Merchant App.
You can individually update items for your profile, email address, and password.
Purpose
The purpose is to change various user account settings, keep account information up to date, and centrally manage information.

Types of Setting Targets
There are three types of user account setting targets:
- Profile
- Email Address
- Password
The email address and password are treated as login information.
Password Reset
If you forget your password or cannot log in, you can reset your password from the login page.
This can be executed from either the Merchant App or the Buyer App.
Instructions
In user account settings, you can perform the following operations:
Change profile
- Click your own Account Name > Account Settings.
The "Account Profile" modal opens. - You can edit the following items as needed:
- Account holder: Enter the first and last name of the account owner.
- Phone Number: Enter the phone number.
- Country: Enter the country of residence.
- Click the Update button. The profile changes are reflected.
Change email address
- Click your own Account Name > Account Settings.
The "Account Profile" modal opens. - Click Email Address.
- Enter the New Email Address.
To prevent input errors, it is recommended to manually enter it both times. - Click the Update button.
An authentication URL will be sent to the new email address. - To complete the email address update, access the authentication URL.
Once accessed, the email address will be updated.
Change password

Click your own Account Name > Account Settings.
The "User Account Settings" screen opens. -
Click Password.

Enter the New Password.
You can use 8 or more alphanumeric characters and symbols.To prevent input errors, it is recommended to manually enter it both times.

Click the Update button.
The password change is reflected.
Reset (re-set) password
This is the procedure to reset (re-set) your password from the login screen.

Click Forgot your password? Click here on the following login screens.

Enter your Email Address.

Click Send an email to reset your password.
You will receive an email with the Subject: "Reset Your Password | DEXTRE". -
Open the email you received and click Reset Your Password.

Enter the New Password.
Please enter at least 8 alphanumeric characters and symbols. -
Re-enter the password you set in New Password (verify).

Click Update.

Click Go to Sign-in page to move to the login screen.
Please log in by entering your new password.
Important Notes
Logging in after changing email address or password
If you change your email address or password, you will need to log in with the new information from then on.
You will no longer be able to log in with your old email address or password.
