Overview​

This section explains the procedure for creating a Description Attribute master for products.

Purpose​

By creating a Description Attribute master, the content of the supplementary explanations used in export documents (Packing List / Commercial Invoice) can be managed and unified within the organization.
This helps suppress variations in input content among persons in charge, aiming for business standardization and the prevention of personalized workflows.

Feature Description​

What is a Description Attribute?​

A Description Attribute is master data for managing the "Description of Goods" used in association with products.

The operation covered in this manual is for creating a new Description Attribute master.

Scenarios of Use​

The created Description Attribute master is primarily intended to be used as a supplementary explanation for cargo in Export Documents (Packing List / Commercial Invoice).

Instructions​

Move to the creation screen for Description Attributes​

  1. Click on the Products menu.
  2. Click on Product Attributes.
    It transitions to the "Product Attribute Settings" page.
  3. Click on the Description Attributes tab.
  4. Click on the Create a New Description Attribute button.
    The "Create a New Description Attribute" modal opens.

How to fill out the form​

Description Attribute
Enter text via freeform input.

Create the Description Attribute​

Click on the Create button.
The Description Attribute is created.

Important Notes​

Created Description Attributes cannot be deleted​

Created Description Attributes cannot be deleted.
Changes to the content are performed via editing operations.
