Delete a SKU Template

Overview​

Explains the steps to delete a created SKU Template.

Purpose​

The primary purpose is to centrally manage SKU Template information by deleting unnecessary SKU Templates to organize management targets and clarify which SKU Templates should be referenced.

Additionally, by not leaving unused SKU Templates, it reduces operational decision points, leading to business standardization and reduced dependency on individual users.

Feature Description​

Deletion result​

When the deletion of a SKU Template is successful, the target SKU Template is permanently deleted.
There is no operation to restore the target SKU Template after deletion.

Conditions for deletion​

Only SKU Templates that are not linked to products can be deleted.
If the target SKU Template is linked to a product, it cannot be deleted.

Instructions​

Move to the SKU Template screen​

  1. Click the Products menu.
  2. Click Product Attributes.
    Transitions to the "Product Attribute Settings" page.
  3. Click the SKU Templates tab.

Delete the SKU Template​

  1. Click the Delete button of the SKU Template you want to delete.
    The "Delete SKU Template" modal opens.

    SKU Templates can be deleted regardless of whether their status is Active or Draft.

  2. Confirm that it is the correct SKU Template to delete and click the Delete button.

    If the process is successful, the SKU Template will be deleted.
    If the process fails, an error message will be displayed. Please check the content and try again.

Important Notes​

SKU Templates used in products cannot be deleted​

If the target SKU Template is linked to a product, it cannot be deleted.
If you wish to delete the corresponding SKU Template, it is necessary to delete all related products.

Since deleting products may affect related business data, please review carefully before proceeding.
