Delete a SKU Property

Overview​

Explains the procedure for deleting created SKU properties.

Purpose​

The primary purpose is to delete unnecessary SKU properties, organize attribute masters in product management, and maintain management status.

Additionally, by not leaving unnecessary SKU properties in operation, the reference targets during SKU template creation and product registration are clarified, leading to the reduction of erroneous operations and input errors.

Feature Description​

Nature of Deletion​

Deleted SKU properties cannot be restored.

Conditions Where Deletion is Not Possible​

SKU properties used in a SKU Template cannot be deleted.

Instructions​

Move to the SKU Properties List Screen​

  1. Click on the Products menu.
  2. Click on Product Attributes.
    Transitions to the "Product Attribute Settings" page.
  3. Click on the SKU Properties tab.

Delete SKU Property​

  1. Click the Delete button of the SKU property you want to delete.
    The "Delete a SKU Property" modal opens.

    SKU properties can be deleted regardless of whether their status is Active or Draft.

  2. Confirm that it is the correct SKU property to be deleted, and click the Delete button.

    If the process is successful, the SKU property is deleted.
    If the process fails, an error message will be displayed. Please check the content and try again.

Important Notes​

SKU Properties Used in a SKU Template Cannot Be Deleted​

If the SKU property you are trying to delete is used in a SKU Template, an error will occur at the time of deletion.

In that case, please delete the corresponding SKU template first, and then delete the SKU property.

Deleted SKU Properties Cannot Be Restored​

Deleted SKU properties cannot be restored.

In particular, if many SKU property values are registered, it is recommended to delete them only after sufficiently confirming the impact after deletion.
