Download a Loan Dispatch Slip PDF for Loan Inventory

Overview​

This section explains how to generate and download a PDF of an existing loan dispatch slip in Inventory Management (New Method).

Purpose​

You can output a loan dispatch slip as a PDF to share with the loan destination buyer, keep records, and confirm the details.

You can retain slip details, such as the loan destination buyer, target loan inventory, and quantity, as a document for confirmation.

Feature Description​

Slip Types Eligible for Loan Dispatch Slip PDF Download​

Among loan inventory transfer slips, those whose slip type is Loan dispatch slip can be output as a loan dispatch slip PDF.

You can download the PDF for a loan dispatch slip in DRAFT, CONFIRMED, or CANCELLED status.

Items that can be set during download​

When outputting the PDF, you can set the following items.

  • Language
  • Font Size
  • PDF Header Title
  • Price Display Settings
  • Item Sort By
  • Item Sort Order

Download settings can be saved as default settings​

The output settings during download can be saved as default settings.

The saved default settings can be reused for future PDF downloads.

Instructions​

Navigate to the Loan Dispatch Slip PDF download screen​

  1. Click the Inventory menu.
  2. Click the Loan inventory tab.
  3. Click Loan dispatch and return slips.
  4. Search
    You can filter by each field to search for loan dispatch slips.
  5. Click the Download PDF button for the target loan dispatch slip.
    The Loan Dispatch Slip PDF modal opens.

How to Complete the Form​

  1. Use default settings
    If saved default settings are available, use the checkbox to specify whether to apply them.

    • When the checkbox is selected: The saved default settings are used. Proceed to the Download a Loan Dispatch Slip PDF steps.
    • When the checkbox is cleared: The default settings are not used, and you can configure the download settings.

  2. Overwrite default settings with the following
    If you select this checkbox, the settings saved under Default Settings are overwritten with the current download settings.

    You can use the current download settings as the Default Settings for future downloads.

  3. Language
    Select Japanese or English from the drop-down menu.

  4. Font Size
    Select the font size of the text in the PDF from the drop-down menu.

    Font size can be selected from 6px, 8px, 9px, and 10px.

  5. PDF Header Title
    Enter the header title of the Loan Dispatch Slip PDF.

    • By default, the title corresponding to the selected language is automatically inserted.
    • You can customize it by entering custom text.

  6. Price Display Settings
    Select one of the following from the drop-down menu.

    • Reference Retail Price: Uses the latest product master to display the Reference Retail Price.
    • Hide Price: Does not display the Reference Retail Price.

  7. Item Sort By
    Select one of the following from the drop-down menu.

    • Create Time (Product): Sorts items by the creation date and time in the product master.
    • Model Number (Product): Sorts items by the product model number.

  8. Item Sort Order
    Select Ascending order or Descending order from the drop-down menu.

Download a Loan Dispatch Slip PDF​

  1. After reviewing the details, click the Download button.
    PDF generation starts.

    When the process succeeds, the "PDF generation is completed." modal appears.

  2. Click the Open link button.
    The PDF file opens in a browser or similar application.

  3. Download the PDF from the opened link.

Important Notes​

When "Use default settings" is selected, you cannot change the output settings​

To change any of the following settings, clear the Use default settings checkbox.

  • Font Size
  • PDF Header Title
  • Price Display Settings
  • Item Sort By
  • Item Sort Order
