Export Inventory Data (Excel)
This page describes procedures for environments using Inventory Management (New Method).
If your screen layout differs from the one shown on this page, refer to the Inventory Management (Conventional Method) manuals.
Overview
This feature extracts and aggregates inventory data in Inventory Management (New Method) and exports it as an Excel (XLSX) file.
Purpose
Exporting inventory data in Excel format allows you to check current inventory and loan inventory quantities and use the inventory status for analysis and business decisions.
You can select products or SKUs to retrieve the required inventory data in bulk, reducing the time required to aggregate inventory information manually.
Feature Description
Data Export Type (Aggregation Unit)
You can specify one of the following as the aggregation unit for the exported data.
- Current inventory data
Exports the combination of SKU, facility, location, segment, lot, Inventory Disposition, and Inventory Owner Type as a single row. - Loan inventory data
Exports the combination of buyer and SKU as a single row.
Current Inventory Data Output
Current inventory data lets you check inventory quantities together with information such as the SKU, facility, and location.
The exported quantities are as follows.
- On-hand Quantity: The total quantity of the target inventory.
- Allocated Quantity: The quantity of allocated inventory. This includes quantities allocated but not yet picked and quantities that have been picked.
- Allocatable Quantity: The quantity of inventory that can be newly allocated, taking inventory disposition and usage restrictions into account. It is not necessarily the value obtained by subtracting Allocated Quantity from On-hand Quantity.
Loan Inventory Data Output
Loan inventory data lets you check the loan status of SKUs for each buyer. Quantities are aggregated without separating lots or segments.
The exported quantities are as follows.
- Current External Holding Quantity: The remaining loan quantity after subtracting the returned quantity and the quantity confirmed as used for sales or deliveries from the loaned quantity.
- Allocated Quantity: The quantity of loan inventory that has already been allocated to orders or delivery notes.
- Available Residual Quantity: The remaining quantity that has not yet been reserved, calculated by subtracting Allocated Quantity from Current External Holding Quantity.

Selecting Export Targets
You cannot export inventory data without selecting products or SKUs.
You can select up to 500 products or SKUs.
Targets for Current Inventory Data
Inventory whose On-hand Quantity is 0 or less, inventory in transit, and inventory in external locations such as loan destinations are excluded from current inventory data.
For inventory with dispositions such as hold or damaged, Allocatable Quantity may be 0 even when On-hand Quantity remains.
Inventory Disposition and Inventory Owner Type indicate the status and owner of the target inventory. They cannot be specified as export conditions.
Targets for Loan Inventory Data
Rows with a Current External Holding Quantity of 0 or less are not exported. Rows with a Current External Holding Quantity remaining are exported even when the Available Residual Quantity is 0.
Output File Language and Items
The output language follows the current display language of the app. When the app is displayed in Japanese, the column headers are in Japanese; otherwise, they are in English.
For product names and similar values, the value registered for the applicable language is prioritized. If no value is registered, the manufacturer's default language and other fallback languages are used.
If there are no target inventory records, an Excel file containing only the headers is exported.
Manufacturing cost and inventory value are not exported. You cannot specify a past date to export inventory as of that date.
