Edit Products Included in a Catalog

Overview​

This feature allows you to select and publish products to be listed in the catalogs that buyers browse and order from online.

Purpose​

The main purpose is to centrally manage the product information displayed in each catalog and keep the product configuration published to buyers as intended.

By selecting or excluding products to be listed and adjusting the display order, you can maintain a presentation that aligns with the catalog's purpose, such as prioritizing the display of focus products.

Feature Description​

Selection and Exclusion of Listed Products​

Select the products you wish to list from the product list. If you deselect a product, it will be excluded from the catalog.

From among the registered products, you can choose and publish only those you want to show in a specific catalog.

Product Reordering Methods​

Selected products can be reordered using the following operations:

  • Drag and Drop
  • Range selection and Move to position
  • Sorting based on Product Name or Model Number using "Quick Sort Option"

Instructions​

Opening the Settings Screen​

  1. Click on the Catalogs menu.
  2. Click Edit products to be included in the catalog for the target catalog.
    You will be redirected to the "Apply products to the catalog" page.

How to Input the Form​

  1. Search Products
    You can search for products to apply to the catalog by filtering through each item.

  2. Selecting Products
    Check and select the products you want to display in the catalog.

    • Products will be ordered in the sequence they are checked.
    • To select all products that match the search criteria, click Select All.
    • To uncheck all selections, click Remove All Selections.

  3. Sort
    The selected products will be displayed. Reorder the products using the following methods:

    • Drag and Drop:
      You can freely reorder the display sequence by dragging and dropping the displayed thumbnails or the text-based product list.

    • Selecting multiple target products and moving them in bulk:

      Select target products by checking them or use Range selection to select a group of sequence numbers.

      Select one of the following operations from the Move selected products to dropdown and click the Move button:

      • Move to top
      • Move to bottom
      • Move to position

      This allows you to perform the specified reordering in bulk.

    • Sorting based on Product Name or Model Number via Quick Sort Option:
      Clicking Quick Sort Option opens the Quick Sort Option modal.
      You can sort by Product Name or Model Number in Ascending or Descending order.

Updating Products Included in the Catalog​

Once the selection and reordering of products are complete, click the Apply button to save.

Upon successful processing, the products included in the catalog will be updated.

Important Notes​

Reflection in Published Catalogs​

When editing products in a catalog that is already in an "OPEN" status, applying the changes will reflect them immediately in the catalog being viewed by buyers.
