Reorder Catalogs

Overview

With the Reorder Catalogs feature, you can arrange the display order of the Catalog list viewed by buyers manually or based on Attributes.

Purpose

The main purpose of the catalog reordering feature is to centrally manage the display order of catalogs within a brand and to organize information in a way that is easy for buyers to view.

By arranging them in the desired order, you can display important Catalogs at the top or sort by Catalog Name, Create time, etc.

Feature Description

Scope of Reordering

You can reorder and save the sort order for all Catalogs registered to one Brand.

Regardless of the Catalog status (Public/Private), all Catalogs are subject to reordering.

Reordering Methods

Reordering is possible through the following operations:

  • Drag and Drop
You can change the sort Order by dragging a Catalog on the list and dropping it at the desired position.
  • Quick Sort Option
You can sort based on Catalog Name, Create time, or Custom Attribute.

Handling of Reordering by Custom Attributes

When reordering based on a Custom Attribute, only Catalogs with corresponding values registered will be subject to sorting.

Catalogs with no registered value for that attribute will always move to the end.

Important Notes

Reflection for Buyers

Once the changes to the reordering are applied, they will also be reflected in the Catalog list screen on the Buyer App side.

Please note that when reordering Catalogs that are currently Public, the order in which Buyers view them will also change.

Troubleshooting

Some Catalogs move to the end unintentionally when sorting by Custom Attribute

When sorting based on a Custom Attribute, only Catalogs with values registered in the target Custom Attribute are sorted.
Catalogs with no registered values will always be placed at the end of the list.

If the order is not as desired, please check if the Custom Attribute value used for reordering is registered for the relevant Catalog.
