Download Catalog Media Assets

Overview​

This section explains how to download files within the media asset folders of a catalog.

Purpose​

The primary purpose of downloading media assets is to obtain images, videos, and document files associated with the catalog for information utilization, analysis, and contributing to sales.

Feature Description​

Individual file download​

You can download files selected from the media asset list one by one.

Bulk download of files in a folder​

You can download all files included in a media asset folder at once.
A bulk download downloads all files in the folder sequentially.

*This feature does not bundle files into a zip file for download.

Instructions​

Moving to the Media Asset Management screen​

  1. Click the Catalog menu.
  2. Click the Details button for the catalog from which you want to download media.
    The system transitions to the "Catalog Details" page.
  3. Click Media Asset Management.
    The system transitions to the "Media Asset Management" page.

Download media assets​

Download a specific media asset​

  1. Click the Download button for the file you want to download in the media asset list.
    The "Download Media Asset" modal opens.

    • You can narrow down the media to be downloaded using the Filter.
    • For image and video files, you can check the preview by clicking the Detail button.

  2. Click Open link.
    The file opens in a new tab of your browser.

  3. Download the file using browser operations.
    Depending on the file format, it may be downloaded automatically.

Bulk download of media assets​

  1. Click the Download All button on the "Media Asset Management" screen.
    All files in the folder will be downloaded.
