Export Catalog Product Data (Excel)

Overview​

Describes how to export and download product and SKU information registered in a specific catalog as an external file (.xlsx).

Purpose​

The primary purpose is to export product data within a catalog in Excel format to facilitate data utilization and analysis.

Feature Description​

Export data structure​

The export data is organized at the SKU level within the catalog.

One row corresponds to one product SKU.

The export data is based on the information in the "Product Master," and for SKUs where "Catalog-specific Product Data Override" settings exist, the data is exported taking the override settings into account.

Specification of export targets​

When exporting, specify the target catalog.

Only product and SKU information registered in the specified catalog will be eligible for export.

Instructions​

Navigating to the catalog data export page​

  1. Click the Data Export menu.
  2. Click the Catalog tab.
    The catalog Data Export page will be displayed.

How to fill out the form​

  1. Data Export Type
    Select Catalog Product SKU Data.
    *As no other data export types currently exist, the selection is fixed.

  2. File Language
    Select Japanese or English from the dropdown.
    The column names in the Excel file will be displayed in the selected language.

  3. Catalog
    Select the catalog to be targeted for export.

Executing the operation​

After confirming the input details, click the Download button.

The Excel file (.xlsx) of the catalog product data will be downloaded.

Important Notes​

Regarding the export format​

The format and item composition of the exported Excel file (.xlsx) conform to the format of the data export type "Catalog Product SKU Data."

Items cannot be added or changed.
