Delete a Catalog PDF Template

Overview​

This section explains the steps for deleting Catalog PDF Templates that are no longer needed and important notes regarding the deletion.

Purpose​

The primary purpose of deleting unnecessary catalog PDF templates is to organize the template list and centralize information management.

Removing templates that are no longer in use helps clarify which templates are necessary, reducing the risk of incorrect output or operational errors.

Feature Description​

Nature of Deletion​

Catalog PDF Templates cannot be restored once they are deleted.

After deletion, it is not possible to cancel the action or recover the data.

Instructions​

Moving to the Catalog PDF Template Deletion Screen​

  1. Click on the Catalogs menu.
  2. Click on Catalog PDF Templates.
    You will be redirected to the "Catalog PDF Templates" page.

Deletion of the Catalog PDF Template​

  1. Click the Delete button for the Catalog PDF Template you wish to delete.
    The "Delete The Template" modal will open.

  2. After confirming the details, click the Delete button.

    Upon successful processing, the target Catalog PDF Template will be deleted.

Important Notes​

Deletion Is Reflected Immediately​

If the Status of the template to be deleted is in the Public state, buyers will no longer be able to use that template.
