Edit a Bank Account

Overview

This section explains the steps to edit and update the bank account master already created.

Purpose

The primary purpose is to update the registered information of bank accounts and centrally manage the setting information on the manufacturer side.

At the same time, the secondary purpose is to appropriately manage the registered information of bank accounts output to forms and PDFs, and to ensure the control of registered information.

Feature Description

Edit and Update Bank Account Master

This feature allows you to edit and update the bank account master already created.
In the current specifications, there are no restrictions on the items to be edited.

Specify Currency

You can specify a currency for a bank account.
Currencies can be specified from those enabled in Core Preferences.

Bank Account Format

For the registration information as a bank account, you can specify and enter the following formats:

  • For International Transactions
  • For Domestic Transactions (Japan)
  • Custom Format
    Can be defined with free text.

Handling of Input Items

All input items are required.

Destinations for Using Bank Accounts

Updated bank accounts will be reflected in "Invoices", "Export Documents", and more.
They are also output to PDFs.

Instructions

Navigating to the Bank Account Edit Screen

  1. Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
    You will be transitioned to the "Maker Settings" page.
  2. Click Bank Account.
  3. Click the Update button for the account you want to edit.
    The "Bank Editing" modal will open.

How to Enter the Form

Edit the input items as necessary.

"For Transactions in japan" Format

  1. Currency
    Select the currency from the pull-down menu.

  2. Bank Account Format
    Select For Transactions in japan from the pull-down menu.

  3. Bank Code
    Enter the bank code (financial institution code).

  4. Bank Name
    Enter the bank name (financial institution name).

  5. Branch Code
    Enter the branch code (store number, branch number).

  6. Branch Name
    Enter the branch name.

  7. Account Type
    Select from Ordinary Bank Account or Checking Account from the pull-down menu.

  8. Account Number
    Enter the account number.

  9. Account Holder Name
    Enter the account holder name.

For "For International Transactions" Format

  1. Currency
    Select the currency from the pull-down menu.

  2. Bank Account Format
    Select For international transactions from the pull-down menu.

  3. Beneficiary Name
    Enter the beneficiary's name.

  4. Beneficiary Address
    Enter the beneficiary's address.

  5. Beneficiary Country
    Select the beneficiary's country from the pull-down menu.

  6. IBAN
    Enter the IBAN
    IBAN is the bank account information required for international transfers.

  7. Bank Name
    Enter the bank name (financial institution name).

  8. SWIFT / BIC Code
    Enter the SWIFT / BIC code.
    The SWIFT / BIC code is information required for transactions between banks (especially international transfers).

  9. Branch Name
    Enter the branch name.

  10. Branch Address
    Enter the bank branch address.

  11. Country of the Bank
    Select the country where the bank is located from the pull-down menu.

For "Custom Format"

  1. Currency
    Select the currency from the pull-down menu.

  2. Bank Account Format
    Select Custom Format from the pull-down menu.

  3. Bank Account (Custom Format)
    Can be entered as free text.

Update Bank Account

After confirming the entered content, click the Update button.
Once the process is successful, the bank account will be updated.

Important Notes

All input items are required

Please check that there are no missing entries before updating.

Available currencies depend on Core Preferences

Currencies can be specified from those enabled in Core Preferences.
If the currency you want to specify is not displayed in the list, please check the currencies enabled in Core Preferences.
