Delete a Company Address

Overview​

Explains the steps for deleting a Company Address master created in the Merchant app.

Purpose​

The purpose is to ensure the control of address information by deleting unnecessary company address masters and organizing managed items.

Feature Description​

You can delete a Company Address master​

You can delete a created Company Address master.

Deleted Company Address masters cannot be restored​

When a deletion is executed, the Company Address master is permanently deleted. There is no means of restoration.

Instructions​

Navigating to the Addresses screen​

  1. Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
    You will be redirected to the "Maker Settings" page.
  2. Click Company Address.
    The Contact Addresses will be displayed on the "Maker Settings" page.

Delete a Company Address​

  1. Click the Delete button of the Company Address master you want to delete.
    The "Delete Company Address master" modal opens.

  2. Confirm that the address to be deleted is correct, and click the Delete button.

    If the process is successful, the target Company Address master will be deleted.
    If the process fails, an error message will be displayed. Please check the content and try again.

Important Notes​

Impact on Default PDF Output Settings​

If you delete a Company Address master that the "Default PDF Output Settings" depend on, the "Office Address" will be automatically applied.
While this will not cause errors in PDF downloads, the address may change to an unintended one without notice, so please confirm before executing the deletion.
