Create a Company Address

Overview​

Explains how to create new address information in the Company Address of the Merchant App to be output and printed on various invoice PDFs.

Purpose​

The purpose of this feature is to manage address information to be output and printed on various document PDFs based on the same criteria by registering address information in the Company Addresses.

Centralized management of registered address information makes it easier to reference and manage address information.

Feature Description​

Address Master created in Company Address​

In the Company Address, address information for output and printing on various invoice PDFs is created as an Address Master.

Address Unit: Address No.​

An address is treated as one entry per unique Address No.
The same Address No. cannot be assigned to multiple Address Masters.

Registration Number​

In the Tax Identification Number, you can register the tax Identification number for the invoice system or the Tax Identification Number.

Instructions​

Navigating to the operation screen​

  1. Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
    Transitions to the "Maker Settings" page.
  2. Click Company Address.
  3. Click Create a New Contact Address.
    The "Create a New Contact Address" modal opens.

How to fill in the form​

  1. Address No.
    Enter a unique Address No. It will serve as an identifier on the system.

  2. Tax Identification Number
    Enter the registration number for the invoice system or the Tax Identification Number.

  3. Selectable Brands
    Select one or more Brands that will use the address by checking the boxes.
    Multiple selections are possible.

  4. Address
    Enter the address information.

Required items​

To create an address, the following input items are required.

  • Address No.

  • Selectable Brands (select at least one)

  • Address
    The following input items are required for the address.

    • Company(Business Name)
    • Country
      • Select a country from the pull-down menu.
    • Language
      • Select a language from the pull-down menu.
    • Zip Code
    • State
    • City
    • Address Line1
    • Phone Number

Creating an address​

  1. After confirming the input details, click the Create button.
    The address is created.

Important Notes​

Prior preparation of brands​

Before creating an address, it is necessary to create the brand that will use the address.

Brands are created in "Merchant App Dashboard > Create a New Brand".
