Delete a Shipping Rate

Overview​

This section explains the steps to delete existing shipping fee rates and provides precautions regarding the deletion process.

Purpose​

The primary purpose is to organize settings within rate groups and maintain clear operational rules by deleting unnecessary shipping rates.

Feature Description​

Nature of Deletion​

The deletion of a rate is applied at the time of execution. There is no way to restore a rate after it has been deleted.

Instructions​

Navigate to the shipping fee rate deletion screen​

  1. Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
  2. Click Shipping Fee.
  3. Click Detail button for the rate group that contains the shipping fee you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete button for the shipping fee rate you want to delete.
    The "Delete Rate" modal will open.

Delete shipping fee rate​

Confirm that the rate to be deleted is correct, and then click the Delete button.

Once the process is successful, the shipping fee rate will be deleted.

Important Notes​

If a rate currently applied to catalogs or links is deleted​

If you delete a rate from a rate group that is applied to an active "Catalog" or "Link", shipping fees may not be calculated for orders placed via the associated catalog or link.

It is recommended to confirm that the rate group containing the target rate is not being used in any catalogs or links before deleting.
