Archive a Packaging Box

Overview​

This section explains how to archive packaging boxes that are no longer in use.

Purpose​

Archiving unneeded packaging boxes helps you organize packaging box information used in export documents and manage the boxes currently in use.

By excluding unused packaging boxes from the list and options, it becomes easier to manage packaging box information centrally.

Feature Description​

Packaging boxes that can be archived and how archived boxes are handled​

You can archive existing packaging boxes.

Archived packaging boxes no longer appear in the packaging box list or selection options.

Export documents that use archived packaging boxes​

When you edit an export document that uses an archived packaging box, the Box selection field in the parcel items indicates that the box is archived.

If you do not change the packaging box, you can save the export document with the archived packaging box selected.

If you select another packaging box, the archived packaging box cannot be selected again.

Instructions​

Moving to the packaging box list screen​

  1. Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
  2. Click Export.
    The Packaging Boxes list is displayed.

Archive a packaging box​

  1. Click the Archive button for the target packaging box.
    The "Archive Box" modal opens.

  2. Review the details, then click the Archive button.

    If the process is successful, the packaging box is archived and hidden from the list.

tip

To archive multiple packaging boxes at once, select the target packaging boxes with the checkboxes and click the Archive Selected Boxes button.

In the "Archive Selected Boxes" modal, review the details, then click the Archive button.

Important Notes​

The archive operation cannot be undone​

Archiving a packaging box cannot be undone.

Once archived, a packaging box cannot be displayed again.

Before archiving, make sure that you selected the correct packaging boxes.

Archived packaging boxes cannot be reselected​

When editing an export document that uses an archived packaging box, confirm whether you need to change the packaging box before saving.
