Transfer Inventory

Overview

This section explains the feature for moving and changing inventory Label and Location.

Purpose

By centrally managing the location of inventory by label and location unit, you can accurately reflect the placement of actual inventory and transfers between warehouses on the system.

When changes to labels or locations are required, updating the inventory data in appropriate units ensures information consistency.

Feature Description

Transfer Mechanism

To complete an inventory transfer, you must specify the Source (moving from) label and location, and the Target (moving to) label and location.

The Inventory Label and Inventory Location that serve as the destination must have their masters created in advance.

Input Assistance Features

The following two types of bulk settings are available:

  • Bulk for All SKUs: Bulk sets the entire inventory quantity of all SKUs as the transfer quantity.
  • Bulk per Product: Bulk sets the entire inventory quantity included in a specific product as the transfer quantity.

Instructions

Move to the Inventory Transfer Operation Screen

  1. Click the Inventories menu.
  2. Click Transfer Inventory.
    You will transition to the "Transfer Inventory" page.

How to Fill Out the Form

  1. Source
    Select the Label and Location that will be the source of the inventory move from each dropdown.

  2. Target
    Select the Label and Location that will be the destination of the inventory move from each dropdown.

  3. Select Target Products
    Check the checkboxes for the target products for the inventory transfer.

    • You can narrow down products by entering conditions in Search Products.
    • To select all products that match the search criteria, click Select All.
    • To uncheck all items, click Remove All Selections.
  4. Select stock quantity for all SKUs below
    You can bulk set the inventory quantity for all SKUs using the following buttons. Use them as needed.

    • Select All: Bulk sets all inventory quantities of all selected products and SKUs as the transfer quantity.
    • Unselect: Clears all transfer quantities by setting them to 0.
  5. For each SKU of each product, enter the inventory quantity to be transferred as follows. Numbers must be entered in half-width characters only.

    • Source inventory quantity → Transfer quantity

    You can bulk set all inventory quantities included in a product using the following buttons. Use them as needed.

    • Select All: Enters the total quantity of all SKUs included in the target product as the transfer quantity.
    • Unselect: Clears all transfer quantities by setting them to 0.
    tip

    The input fields set in the vertical and horizontal headings allow you to bulk register quantities for the SKUs corresponding to those items.

    • To bulk register quantities: Enter the quantity and click the + icon (Select All). You can bulk apply the specified value to the inventory of SKUs corresponding to the item.
    • To bulk clear quantities: Click the trash can icon (Delete). You can bulk clear the inventory of SKUs corresponding to the item.

Transfer Inventory

After confirming the entered details, click the Transfer button.

If the process is successful, the inventory will be moved according to the configured settings.

Important Notes

Regarding Input of Transfer Quantity

When entering the inventory transfer quantity, input the quantity to be moved.

Note that this is not the remaining quantity after the move.
