Delete a Partner Inventory Transfer Slip (Goods Dispatch / Goods Return)

Overview

This section explains the procedure for deleting created Partner Inventory Transfer Slips (Goods Dispatch Slips and Goods Return Slips) and the precautions during deletion.

Purpose

By deleting slips created by mistake or those that are no longer needed, the slip list can be kept in an appropriate state, suppressing operational confusion caused by erroneous operations.

Since inventory and Backlog SKU data automatically revert to their state prior to the creation of the slip upon deletion, Partner Inventory information can be managed in a unified manner.

Feature Description

Target of Deletion

Created Partner Inventory Transfer Slips (Goods Dispatch Slips and Goods Return Slips) are eligible for deletion.

Data Handling During Deletion

When a Partner Inventory Transfer Slip is deleted, the inventory and Backlog SKUs applied within the slip revert to their state prior to the creation of the slip.

Instructions

Navigate to the Partner Inventory Transfer Slips List Screen

  1. Click the Inventories menu.
  2. Click the Partner Inventory tab.
  3. Click the Transfer Slip tab.

Delete a Slip

  1. Click the Delete button for the slip targeted for deletion.
    The "Delete Slip" modal opens.

  2. After confirming that it is the correct Partner Inventory Transfer Slip to delete, click the Delete button.

Upon successful processing, the specified slip is removed from the slip list.

tip

If you want to filter slips, you can search for slips by specifying conditions in the search field.

Important Notes

Deletion Action Cannot Be Undone

The deletion operation of a Partner Inventory Transfer Slip cannot be undone.

Automatic Reversion of Related Data

The deletion of a Partner Inventory Transfer Slip is not merely the erasure of the slip's record.
The inventory and Backlog SKU data that were applied (reserved or moved) within the slip also automatically revert to their original state.

If the data required for reversion is insufficient, the deletion will fail.

  • Example 1: An attempt to delete a Goods Dispatch Slip fails because a subsequently created Goods Return Slip or a delivery note using Partner Inventory as a data source exists, making it impossible to allocate the dispatched inventory.
  • Example 2: An attempt to delete a Goods Return Slip fails because the inventory quantity at the return destination is insufficient, making it impossible to allocate the inventory.
