Delete an Inventory Label

Overview

This section explains the steps to delete created inventory labels and the conditions under which they can be deleted.

Purpose

Delete unnecessary inventory labels to organize the Inventory Labels list and reference targets for related settings.

By keeping reference targets clear, it makes it easier to centralize and manage Inventory Resource Management information.

Feature Description

Nature of Deletion

Deletion of an Inventory Label is reflected immediately.

There is no operation to restore an Inventory Label after it has been deleted.

Conditions for Deletion

Only inventory labels that meet all of the following conditions can be deleted:

  • Not associated with existing inventory data
  • Not associated with existing inventory order policies
  • Not set as default
  • Not used in external system integrations, etc.

Instructions

Navigate to the Inventory Label Deletion Screen

  1. Click Maker Settings > Inventory Resource.
  2. Click the Labels tab.
    *It is open by default.
  3. Click the Delete button for the inventory label you want to delete.
    The "Delete Inventory Label" modal opens.

Delete an Inventory Label

Confirm that the inventory label is the correct target for deletion, and then click the Delete button.

Upon successful processing, the inventory label will be deleted.

Important Notes

Deletion Restrictions

Labels that have had inventory data created even once basically cannot be deleted.

To keep data consistency on the system safe, restriction rules are strictly set.

Restore Not Possible After Deletion

Deleted inventory labels cannot be restored.

If you wish to use the same name and settings again, you must create a new Inventory Label.
