Download Brand Media Assets

Overview​

Explains how to download files within the brand's media asset folder.

Purpose​

By downloading media assets, you can obtain images, videos, and documents linked to the brand and use them for reuse, analysis, and sales activities.

Feature Description​

Download individual files​

You can download files selected from the Media Assets list one by one.

Bulk download files within a folder​

You can download all files included in a Media Asset Folder at once.
Bulk download sequentially downloads all files within the folder.

Note: This feature does not bundle files into a ZIP file for download.

Instructions​

Move to the Media Asset Management screen​

  1. Click on the Brand menu.
  2. Click on Media Asset Management.
    You are taken to the "Media Asset Management" page.

Download Media Assets​

Download a media asset​

  1. Click the Download button for any file in the Media Assets list.
    The "You can download the media asset from the link." modal dialog opens.

    • You can narrow down the media assets to download using the Filter.
    • For image and video files, you can check the preview by clicking the Detail button.

  2. Click Open link.
    The file opens in a new browser tab.

  3. Download the file in your browser.
    Depending on the file format, it may be downloaded automatically.

Bulk download Media Assets​

  1. Click Download All on the "Media Asset Management" screen.
    All files within the folder will be downloaded.
