Change Brand Status
Overview
This feature allows you to change the Brand Status to toggle whether buyers can access the Brand Page.
Purpose
Changing the Brand Status is used to manage the access range to the Brand Page according to operational rules.
Feature Description
Brand Status types
Select the Brand Status from the following three types:
- Active: The brand is public, and it is a state where buyers can access the brand.
- Inactive: The brand is private, and it is a state where buyers cannot access the brand.
- Only visible to transaction buyers: This is a state where the brand can only be accessed by buyers displayed in the "Buyers menu > Connected Buyers."
Under the current specifications, it is the same state as Active.
Impact on link features
Changes to the Brand Status have different scopes of impact for each link feature.
- Customer Order Links: Affected by the Brand Status.
Access is not possible if the brand is Inactive. - Instant Order Links: Not affected by the Brand Status.
Even if the brand is Inactive, access is possible as long as the settings on the link side are Enabled. - Dynamic Brand Links: Not affected by the Brand Status.

Instructions
Moving to the operation screen
- Click the Brand menu.
Changing the Brand Status

Click the Brand Status pull-down menu.

Select one of the following statuses:
- Active
- Inactive
- Only visible to transaction buyers

When a status is selected, the changes are reflected immediately.
Important Notes
Confirming the control range of link features
"Instant Order Links" and "Dynamic Brand Links" are not affected by the Brand Status.
If you wish to restrict access from "Instant Order Links" or "Dynamic Brand Links," please set the "Status" or "Expires at" in the settings for each of those links.
