Configure Brand-Specific Notification Email Addresses
Overview
You can register and manage email addresses to receive notifications from DEXTRE for each Brand.
Purpose
This is used to manage and separate notification targets by Brand and to control the scope of notification reception.
By isolating notification targets for each Brand, you can manage notifications according to the operational rules and management responsibilities of each Brand.
As a result, it becomes easier to maintain control over notification operations.
Feature Description
Notification email addresses can be managed for each Brand
The scope of the setting is a single Brand. Notifications from different Brands will not be sent to the registered email addresses.
Up to 5 addresses can be registered per Brand
Up to 5 Notification Email Addresses can be registered for each Brand.
Unnecessary email addresses can be excluded
Registered Notification Email Addresses can be excluded from the settings.
Instructions
Open the settings screen
- Click the Settings menu on any Brand Page.
- Click Brand Notification Email Address Management.
The page transitions to "Brand Notification Email Address Management."
How to enter the form
To configure a new email address
- Click the Add button.
The "Brand Notification Email Address Settings" modal opens. - Enter the email address in the Email Address Settings input field.
- To register multiple addresses, click the Add button as needed. An input form will be added.
- Up to 5 addresses can be registered per Brand.
- After confirming the details, click the Save button.
The Notification Email Address settings will be saved.
To edit or add existing notification email addresses
- Click the Edit button on the "Brand Notification Email Address Management" page.
The "Brand Notification Email Address Settings" modal opens. - Edit the email address in the Email Address Settings input field.
- To add an email address, click the Add button. An input form will be added.
- Up to 5 addresses can be registered per Brand.
- To remove unnecessary email addresses, click the Trash Can Icon button for the target email address.
The corresponding email address will be excluded.
- After confirming the details, click the Save button.
The Notification Email Address settings will be updated.
To delete a notification email address
- Check the email addresses you want to delete on the "Brand Notification Email Address Management" page.
- Click Delete selected brand notification email addresses.
- Click the Delete button.
The target email addresses will be deleted from the Notification Email Address settings.
Important Notes
Managed separately from the notification email addresses in Maker Settings
Adding a notification email address for each Brand does not affect the Notification Email Address settings registered in the Maker Settings.
Notification emails will continue to be delivered to the Notification Email Addresses registered in the Maker Settings as before.
If you wish to control notification targets at the Brand level, please also review the settings in "Maker Settings > General > Email Recipients."
