Confirm an Order Confirmation

Overview​

Explains the operation of confirming the order confirmation.

Purpose​

By confirming the order confirmation, you fix the order details on DEXTRE as a confirmed state and clarify the order details that should be referred to in subsequent operations.
This prevents unintended changes to the order details after confirmation and ensures the integrity of order data and operational control.

Feature Description​

Orders available for confirming the order confirmation​

The order confirmation can be confirmed for orders with the following statuses.

  • Created status such as "OC Created"
  • Approved status by buyer such as "OC Approved"

Actions available upon confirmation​

When you confirm the order confirmation, the order status transitions to "OC confirmed".
At the same time as confirmation, the following operations are possible.

  • Email notification to buyer
  • Applying tags to the order

Actions available after confirming the order confirmation​

After confirming the order confirmation, the following features become available.

  • Features related to delivery, such as "Create Delivery Notes"
  • Features related to undelivered SKUs, such as "Create Undelivered SKUs"

Also, after confirming the order confirmation, you can revert to the created state conditionally via Make The Order Confirmation Editable.

Instructions​

Move to order detail page​

  1. Click Order Management in the Transactions menu.
  2. Search
    You can search for orders by filtering from each item.
  3. Click the Detail button of the target order.
    Transitions to the order detail page.

Confirm The Order Confirmation​

  1. Click the Confirm The Order Confirmation button.
    The confirm the order confirmation modal is displayed.

  2. Notify Buyer by Email
    Specify "Enable" or "Disable" with the toggle button.

    • Enable: Sends a notification email from DEXTRE to the buyer. You can enter the email body at the same time.
    • Disable: Notification email to the buyer will not be sent.

  3. Select Tags
    You can set tags to assign to the order. If tags are not required, proceed to the next step.

    Select by checking the checkbox of any displayed tag.
    You can filter and search tags by entering "Tag Name" in the search box.

    Click the Create Tag button to create a tag on the spot.

  4. Click the Confirm button.
    The order confirmation is confirmed, and the order status transitions to "OC confirmed".

Important Notes​

About skipping the buyer approval flow​

When you confirm the order confirmation from the created status such as "OC Created", the flow of receiving approval by the buyer is skipped.

If "Approval on DEXTRE is mandatory" in your operation, please perform the operation after confirming that the status is "OC Approved".
