Configure Brand and Buyer Connection Status
Overview
This feature manages and changes the connection status between the brand and buyer accounts.
Purpose
Manage the connection between buyers and brands in accordance with operational policies, such as reviewing business relationships and controlling access scopes.
By switching the connection status appropriately, you can control who can access the brand, helping to ensure compliance and governance.
In addition, centralized management of connection statuses makes it easier to check information when making operational decisions.
Feature Description
Status types
There are two types of buyer statuses:
- Connected: The brand and buyer are connected. The buyer can access the brand from the buyer app or Customer Order Link.
- Closed: The connection between the brand and buyer is disconnected. The buyer cannot access the brand from the buyer app or Customer Order Link.
Available actions
You can perform the following actions to change the status.
- You can change a buyer with a Connected status to Closed.
- You can change a buyer with a Closed status to Connected.
Instructions
The following procedures are explained below.
Disconnect a buyer with a Connected status

Click the Buyers menu.

Click the Connected Buyers tab.
*It is open by default. -
Verify that the Status in the buyer search is Connected.
*By default, Connected is specified.Specify conditions from each item as needed, and click the Search button.

Click the Disconnect button for the target buyer.
The "Disconnect" modal will open. -
Confirm the displayed contents and click the Disconnect button.
If the process is successful, the connection between the buyer and brand is disconnected, and the buyer's status is updated to Closed.
Reconnect a buyer with a Closed status

Click the Buyers menu.

Click the Connected Buyers tab.
*It is open by default. -
Specify Closed for the Status in the buyer search, and click the Search button.
Add search conditions from each item as needed.

Click the Reconnect button for the target buyer.
The "Reconnect" modal will open. -
Confirm the displayed contents and click the Reconnect button.
If the process is successful, the buyer and brand are reconnected, and the buyer's status is updated to Connected.
Important Notes
Ordering in the closed state and maintaining status
Even if the buyer has a Closed status, they can place an order via the Instant Order Link or Dynamic Brand Link.
Even after the order is completed, the status remains Closed.
