Export Buyer Data (Excel)
Overview
This feature allows you to export buyer data in Excel (.xlsx) format based on a template and download it.
Purpose
By extracting data related to buyers in XLSX format, it can be used for internal and external tabulation, analysis, and information utilization.
By creating templates for each purpose, data with the same column configuration can be exported periodically or repeatedly.
Feature Description
Positioning of the Feature
This feature treats the following two operations as a single unit:
- Creation of a data export template
- Exporting and downloading buyer data after referring to the data export template
To export data, it is necessary to create a data export template in advance and specify that template at the time of export.
Data Export Template
In the data export template, you can define items to be exported to Excel, the order of columns, column names, empty columns, and initial values for empty columns.
Since the template is designed to be reused, create one when there is no template that fits your purpose.
The same export column can be placed in multiple columns on the template.
Specifications at the Time of Export
When exporting data, you specify the created data export template and the buyers to be exported.
You can narrow down the export target to only buyers who have access rights to a specific Limited Access Catalog.
When narrowing down, specify the target Limited Access Catalog.
