Assign Members to Buyers
Overview
This feature allows you to assign members within a maker organization as persons in charge for each buyer.
Purpose
By centrally managing the correspondence between buyers and assigned members, you can filter by assigned members on various screens where buyer searches are available, such as the buyer list, orders, and deliveries.
Additionally, by clearly assigning target buyers to members whose access scope is restricted via "Role and Permissions," you can perform appropriate data access control, helping to ensure compliance and governance.
Feature Description
What is Assigning Members to Buyers?
This is a feature to assign "Members" within a maker organization as persons in charge for each buyer.
By performing this assignment, it becomes possible to perform filtering searches by "Assigned Member" on all screens where buyer searches are available, such as the buyer list, orders, and deliveries.
Members whose access scope is restricted to "Member's Assigned Customer Buyers" by "Role and Permissions" will only be able to access various data resources after being assigned as a member in charge.

Assignment Rules
You can assign multiple members as persons in charge for a single buyer.
Adding and removing assignments are performed using the same operation flow.
Members who can operate
Members with the following permissions can perform member assignment operations:
- Primary Owner
- Owner
- Member / Admin
- Members whose default access control setting is set to "Allow" and who have not been granted a role
Instructions
The assignment of members to buyers is performed through the following flow:
1. Select members to assign to buyers
Navigate to the setting screen for assigning members to buyers
- Click the Buyers menu.
- Click the Connected Buyers tab.
*It is open by default. - From the buyer list, select the target buyers by checking their checkboxes.
- You can filter buyers by entering conditions in Search Buyers and clicking Search.
- Offline buyers can also be selected.
- Click the Select action dropdown.
- Click Assign Members.
The "Assign Members to Buyers" modal will appear.

Search Members
You can filter the target members by entering conditions in the following items and clicking the Search button:- Member Name

Select Members for Assignment
In the member list, select the members to be assigned by checking their checkboxes.- It is also possible to select yourself.
- At least one member must be selected.
- Clicking Select All will select all members matching the search conditions.

Next
Once member selection is complete, click the Next button.
A table will be displayed with buyers on the vertical axis and members on the horizontal axis.
2. Assign members to buyers

Select assigned members for buyers
For each buyer, select the members to be in charge by checking their checkboxes.- Clicking Select All will check all checkboxes.
- To remove an assignment, uncheck the selection.

Apply
After confirming the entered details, click the Apply button.The assignment of members to buyers will be configured.
3. Check assigned members for buyers
The members in charge of each buyer can be confirmed from the connected buyer list.
- Click the Buyers menu.
- Click the Connected Buyers tab.
*It is open by default. - From the buyer list, check the Assigned Members field for the buyer you want to confirm.
The number of members in charge is displayed in the Assigned Members field. - Check the Show Members checkbox.
A list of assigned members will be displayed.
Important Notes
Integration with Role and Permissions
Members whose access scope is restricted to "Member's Assigned Customer Buyers" in the "Role and Permissions" settings will not be able to view any information for those resources unless they are assigned as a member in charge for the buyer.
Access to restricted resource information becomes possible only after the assignment as a member in charge is performed.
