Archive Backlog SKUs

Overview

Explains how to archive (hide) products that can no longer be delivered for some reason before delivery, or products with incorrect order quantities, from the Backlog SKU list.

Purpose

By archiving Backlog SKUs, products that will not be delivered can be excluded from the Backlog SKU list, and only items that actually need to be delivered can be managed in the list.

It also helps to unify the understanding of non-delivery among personnel and prevent delivery omissions.

Important Notes

Resetting Selected Items due to Changes in Inventory Operation Settings

If you switch Use Inventory Operation between Enable and Disable, or change the Source or Destination after setting the Buyer or target SKUs, the settings will be reset.

It is recommended to complete the Inventory Operation settings before setting the Buyer and SKUs.

Discrepancy Between System and Physical Inventory due to Inventory Operations

If "Use Inventory Operation" is set to active when executing archiving, inventory movement or clearing will occur.

If you choose Clear without transferring in the settings or execute archiving while an incorrect Destination is specified, it may cause a discrepancy between the actual physical inventory quantity and the inventory quantity on the system, so careful setting is required.
