Custom Delivery Note Data Export (Excel)
Overview
This feature allows you to export delivery note data in Excel (.xlsx) format and download it.
Purpose
By exporting delivery note data in Excel format, you can use the data for sales analysis, accounting system imports, and integration with shipping label systems.
Since templates can be reused, it is used for the purpose of unifying the export format for each purpose and streamlining the analysis and aggregation of information.

What you can do with custom data export of delivery note data
In this feature, you can export delivery note data in Excel (.xlsx) format by combining the following two:
- Template Definition: You can define and reuse data export templates that customize exported items, column order, column names, blank columns, initial values for blank columns, and so on.
- Exporting Delivery Note Data: You can export and download in Excel (.xlsx) format by specifying a created template and delivery notes.
To export delivery note data in a custom format, you must create a template in advance.
Data Export Template
In the data export template, you define the configuration to be exported to the Excel file.
The contents that can be set are as follows:
- Items to export
- Column order
- Column name
- Blank column
- Initial value of blank column
The exported columns on the template can also be set to multiple columns for the same column.
Data export templates are designed to be reused, so you create them only once when a template that suits your purpose does not exist.
Data Export Template Type
There are the following two types of data export templates:

|---|---|
| Document Level | Exports data with one delivery note as one row. Product information cannot be exported. |
| Item By Document Level | Exports data with each SKU linked to each delivery note as one row. Product information can be included in the export. |
Details to be specified during data export
When exporting delivery note data using a template, specify Delivery Notes List (with Template) as the data export type.
When exporting data, specify the following details:
- Target template
- Row Contents Language
- Date Output Format
- Target delivery notes
Instructions
Custom data export of delivery note data is performed in the following steps:
1. Create a data export template
If a template that suits your purpose does not exist, create a data export template using the following procedure.
Moving to the template creation page
- Click the Data Export menu.
- Click the Delivery / Sales tab.
- Click the Delivery Note Export Templates tab.
- Click Create a Template.
Transitions to the Create a New Delivery Invoice Data Export Template page.
First Step - Basic Template Settings
On the "First Step" page, enter the following items:

Template No.
Enter the name of the data export template. -
Template Type
Select either Document Level or Item By Document Level from the pull-down menu. -
Selectable Export Columns
Select the items to be exported.infoExported items are added to the Excel file in the order they were selected.
For example, the first export item is exported to column A in the Excel file.Each export item can be rearranged.

Reorder Fields
Each export item of the Selectable Export Columns is displayed in the selected order.In Reorder Fields, you can perform the following operations:
- You can change the order by dragging and dropping or specifying the column number and destination.
- Clicking the Duplicate Icon duplicates the corresponding data export column and adds multiple identical columns.
- Clicking the Trash Icon excludes it from the corresponding data export column.
- Clicking Add Blank Column adds one blank column as an export item.
After entering each item in the form, click the Next button.
Transitions to the "Second Step" page.
Second Step - Custom Settings for Column Names and Initial Cell Values
On the "Second Step" page, you can define the column names and initial cell values in the Excel file.

Custom Column Name
You can enter and customize the column name for the first row (header row) of the Excel file. -
Default Cell Value
Can only be entered in the case of a Blank Column.When exporting an Excel file, you can define the initial value that is automatically entered in the cell of the corresponding column.
After entering each item in the form, click the Next button.
Transitions to the "Preview" page.
Creating the Template
Check the contents of the preview and click the Create button.
The data export template is created.
The created data export template can be edited or deleted at any time.
2. Export and download delivery note data
A data export template must be created in advance.
Once the data export template is ready, export the delivery note data using the following procedure.
Move to the data export screen
- Click the Data Export menu.
- Click the Delivery / Sales tab.
- Click the Data Export tab.
*It is opened by default.
Setting the Data Export Type and Export Format
Enter the following items:

Data Export Type
Select Delivery Notes List (with Template) from the pull-down menu. -
Data Export Template
Select the template for data export from the pull-down menu. -
Row Contents Language
Select the display language of the file from the pull-down menu.Languages enabled in the Core Preferences can be used.

Date Output Format
Select a date export format such asYYYY-MM-DDfrom the pull-down menu.
Selecting target delivery notes

Select the delivery notes for which you want to perform data export by checking the checkboxes.
- You can narrow down the delivery notes by entering conditions in Search.
- To select all delivery notes that match the search criteria, click Select All.
- To uncheck all, click Remove All Selections.
- To select all delivery notes in the page of the list, click Select All on Page.
- To uncheck all delivery notes in the page of the list, click Unselect All on Page.
Downloading
After confirming the input details, click the Download button.
The Excel file of the delivery note data will be downloaded.
Important Notes
Please check the difference between Document Level and Item By Document Level
At the Document Level, product information cannot be included in the export items.
If you need delivery note data that includes product information, please create a template for the Item By Document Level.
