Export Archived Backlog SKU Data (Excel)

Overview​

This section explains the feature to extract and summarize data for Archived Backlog SKU items and export it as an Excel (XLSX) file.

Purpose​

By exporting Archived Backlog SKU item data to Excel, it can be utilized for analysis, sales management, and inventory management.

The exported data can be centrally managed to help understand business operations and formulate plans.

Feature Description​

Data Export Types​

Select one of the following pre-prepared formats for the export data.

There is no need to create a template for export.

  • Archived Undelivered SKU List: Exports a list of Archived Backlog SKU items.
  • Archived Undelivered SKU List With Price: Exports a list of Archived Backlog SKU items with prices included.
  • Archived Undelivered SKU Summary Sheet By SKU: Exports a summary of Archived Backlog SKU quantities for each unique SKU. Different delivery dates are consolidated into a single SKU.
  • Archived Undelivered SKU Summary Sheet By SKU With Price: Exports a summary of Archived Backlog SKU quantities for each unique SKU with prices included. Different delivery dates are consolidated into a single SKU.
  • Archived Undelivered SKU Summary Sheet By SKU And Delivery Date: Exports a summary of Archived Backlog SKU quantities for each combination of unique SKU and delivery date.
  • Archived Undelivered SKU Summary Sheet By SKU And Delivery Date With Price: Exports a summary of Archived Backlog SKU quantities for each combination of unique SKU and delivery date with prices included.
  • SKU Based Archived Undelivered SKU Summary Sheet with Buyer Columns: Exports the SKU-wise summary table with additional columns for Archived Backlog SKU quantities for each Buyer.
  • SKU and Delivery Date Based Archived Undelivered SKU Summary Sheet with Buyer Columns: Exports the SKU and delivery date-wise summary table with additional columns for Archived Backlog SKU quantities for each Buyer.

Data Extraction Conditions​

Specify the Target Currency and Date Filter as the extraction conditions.

  • Target Currency:
    • If the Data Export Type is a format With Price, specify only one currency.
    • If it is not With Price, all currencies will be targeted.
    • The selectable currencies depend on the settings enabled in Core Preferences.
  • Date Range Filter: You can narrow down the export targets based on the delivery date of the Archived Backlog SKU items.

Export Targets​

Specify the products and Buyers as export targets.

If a product or Buyer with no Archived Backlog SKU items is specified, they will be automatically excluded from the export.

Instructions​

Navigating to the Data Export Screen​

  1. Click the Data Export menu.
  2. Click the Delivery / Sales tab.
  3. Select the Data Export tab.
    *It is open by default.

How to Fill Out the Form​

Selecting the Data Export Type​

  1. Data Export Type Select one of the formats for Archived Backlog SKU items from the dropdown menu.

    • Archived Backlog SKU List
    • Archived Backlog SKU List With Price
    • Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet By SKU
    • Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet By SKU With Price
    • Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet By SKU And Delivery Date
    • Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet By SKU And Delivery Date With Price
    • SKU Based Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet with Buyer Columns
    • SKU and Delivery Date Based Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet with Buyer Columns

Setting Data Extraction Conditions​

  1. Target Currency
    If the Data Export Type is a format With Price, select one currency for the export target from the dropdown.
    If the format is not With Price, you do not need to select a Target Currency.

  2. Date Range Filter
    Use the toggle button to specify whether to narrow down the export target by the delivery date (Estimated Delivery Date) of the Archived Backlog SKU items.

    • Enable Filter by delivery date within a specific period:
      • Narrows down the export target by the delivery date (Estimated Delivery Date) of the Archived Backlog SKU items.
      • Enter the start and end dates for the period.
      • Dates can be specified using the calendar icon.
    • Disable Filter by delivery date within a specific period:
      • Does not filter by the delivery date (Estimated Delivery Date) and exports data for all periods.

Specifying Export Targets​

  1. Select Target Buyers
    If the Data Export Type is one of the following items, the Select Target Buyers section will be displayed.

    • Archived Backlog SKU List
    • Archived Backlog SKU List With Price
    • SKU Based Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet with Buyer Columns
    • SKU and Delivery Date Based Archived Backlog SKU Summary Sheet with Buyer Columns

    Check the boxes for the Buyers you wish to include in the data export as needed.

    • You can narrow down Buyers by entering conditions in Search Buyers.
    • To select all Buyers that match the search conditions, click Select All.
    • To uncheck all boxes, click Remove All Selections.

  2. Select Target Products
    Check the boxes for the products you wish to include in the data export.

    • You can narrow down products by entering conditions in Search Products.
    • To select all products that match the search conditions, click Select All.
    • To uncheck all boxes, click Remove All Selections.
    • Backlog SKU and Paid Backlog SKU items are not included in the export target.

Downloading the Data Export File​

After confirming the input details, click the Download button.

If the process is successful, an Excel (XLSX) format file will be downloaded.

Important Notes​

Data Not Included in Export​

In the Archived Backlog SKU data export, the following data is not included:

  • Backlog SKU
  • Paid Backlog SKU
