Bulk Create Backlog SKUs

Overview

This feature allows you to bulk create Backlog SKUs for multiple orders.

By creating Backlog SKUs, you can deliver ordered products separately.

Purpose

The purpose of bulk creating Backlog SKUs for multiple orders is to reduce the man-hours required for individual operations and shorten the preparation time for split delivery processing.

Since the procedure for creating Backlog SKUs can be unified into a bulk operation, it also helps to suppress variations in work among personnel and prevent person-to-person dependency.

Feature Description

What is the Backlog SKU List?

This is a feature that lists all SKUs within an order and allows each SKU to be applied to a delivery note one by one.

It can handle various cases, such as the following:

  • When you want to deliver products with different delivery dates sequentially as they arrive.
  • When there is a request from a buyer for split delivery.

Prerequisites

To create a Backlog SKU list, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The order status of the target order is in the state of OC confirmed.
  • The order is one for which Backlog SKUs have not yet been created.
  • No delivery note has been created from the target order.

For the procedure to confirm the order confirmation, please refer to Confirm an Order Confirmation.

Status After Creation

For orders where Backlog SKUs have been created, the delivery status transitions to Undelivered SKU Created.

Additionally, the order is locked so that the order details cannot be changed.

Troubleshooting

I created Backlog SKUs by mistake and want to revert them

As a general rule, orders for which Backlog SKUs have been created cannot be returned to their original state.

However, if the feature to revert Backlog SKUs is enabled, they can be reverted under certain conditions.

To enable the feature to revert Backlog SKUs, please refer to Setting for reverting created Backlog SKU items in Configure Order Management Settings.

*There is a possibility that it has been intentionally set to disabled by an administrator. When changing the setting, please check your internal operational rules.
