Cancel the DEXTRE Merchant App
Overview
You can terminate the use of the DEXTRE Maker App.
Cancellation can be done at any time, and there are two types of cancellation methods: "Schedule Cancellation" (which stops the renewal of the subscription) and "Immediate Cancellation".
Purpose
- Stop automatic renewal and effective use of the contract period: Use "Schedule Cancellation" when you want to use the service until the paid period expires without renewing the contract next time. This allows you to continue business as usual until just before the end of the period while preventing the next billing due to unintended automatic renewal.
- Immediate suspension of service and abandonment of usage rights: Use "Immediate Cancellation" when you want to stop all functions of the application immediately without waiting for the contract expiration date. This is used when it is necessary to immediately invalidate access rights and mark a security break due to business withdrawal or system migration.
Feature Description
This is a feature to terminate the subscription contract of the DEXTRE Maker App.
Depending on your business situation and convenience, you can choose from two methods: "Schedule Cancellation (use until expiration)" and "Immediate Cancellation (stop use immediately)".
About Cancellation Types
There are two methods with different application timings for the cancellation procedure.

Schedule Cancellation (Cancel at the next renewal date)
This is a procedure to stop the automatic renewal of the subscription.
Even after the procedure is completed, you can continue to use the app until the next billing date (contract renewal date).
Since the cancellation takes effect upon the expiration of the contract period, it is suitable when you want to use the paid period without waste.*However, if it is before the scheduled cancellation date (next billing date), you can cancel the scheduled cancellation and continue the contract.

Immediate Cancellation (Cancel now)
Terminates the use of the DEXTRE Maker App at the same time as the procedure is completed.
Please use this when you need to stop usage rights immediately, such as business withdrawal or organization dissolution, as you will not be able to access the app immediately after the operation.*Even if you perform immediate cancellation while the contract period remains, we cannot refund the remaining period.
- Data cannot be restored once deleted.
Please be sure to complete the confirmation and output of necessary data in advance. - For immediate cancellation, it cannot be canceled because the cancellation is finalized upon execution of the operation.
Specifications and Permissions Regarding Cancellation
Cancellation is an important operation related to the entire contract, so the members who can execute it are limited.
In addition, the following specifications apply to related contracts and fees associated with this operation.
- Operation Permission: "Primary Owner" and "Owner" members.
- Linkage of Add-on Contract: When the main contract (DEXTRE Maker App) is canceled, all subscribed "Add-on Subscription" are also automatically canceled.
- Handling of Fees: In either case of scheduled cancellation or immediate cancellation, no refund will be made by prorated calculation for fees already paid.
Instructions
This operation can be performed by "Primary Owner" and "Owner" members.
There are Schedule Cancellation and Immediate Cancellation methods for cancellation.
1. Schedule a cancellation (Stop Automatic Renewal)
By scheduling a cancellation, the automatic renewal of the subscription will be stopped.
The subscription contract will be canceled on the next billing date (contract renewal date).
Go to the cancellation screen
- Click Open Maker Settings in the Maker Settings menu.
The "Maker Settings" page transitions. - Click Subscription.
- Click the Plan tab.
*It is open by default. - Cancel Subscription Contract
Click the Schedule Cancellation button.
The "Schedule Subscription Cancellation" modal opens.
Perform the cancellation procedure

Check the displayed plan contents and notes, and check the checkbox.

Click the Stop Automatic Renewal button.
When the cancellation reservation is completed, guidance regarding the cancellation of the subscription is displayed.* You can cancel the scheduled cancellation until the displayed scheduled cancellation date.
2. Cancel Immediately
By canceling immediately, you can terminate the use of the DEXTRE Maker App right now.
Go to the cancellation screen
- Click Open Maker Settings in Maker Settings.
The "Maker Settings" page transitions. - Click Subscription.
- Click the Plan tab.
*It is open by default. - Cancel Subscription Contract
Click the Cancel Immediately button.
The "Immediate Subscription Cancellation" modal opens.
Perform the cancellation procedure

Check the displayed plan contents and notes, and check the checkbox.

Click the Cancel Contract button.
* This action cannot be undone. Please be careful when executing.If you cancel immediately, the application will become unavailable right away.
Important Notes
Usage period after scheduled cancellation
If you perform "Schedule Cancellation (Stop Automatic Renewal)", the actual cancellation process (suspension of use) will be executed on the scheduled cancellation date (next billing date).
Therefore, you can continue to use the app as usual until the scheduled cancellation date even after the scheduled cancellation procedure is completed.
*Once the cancellation process (suspension of use) is executed, you will not be able to sign in to the DEXTRE Maker App or use any functions.
Please check the following by the contract expiration date.
- Secure data in advance: Data cannot be restored once deleted.
If you have necessary data such as transaction history, product data, and various forms, be sure to complete the download (export) of the data by the contract expiration date. - Cancel scheduled cancellation: You can cancel the scheduled cancellation until the scheduled cancellation date.
Immediate cancellation and suspension of data access
When performing "Immediate Cancellation", you will not be able to sign in to the DEXTRE Maker App or use any functions immediately after the operation is completed.
Please check the following before the cancellation procedure.
- Secure data in advance: Data cannot be restored once deleted.
If you have necessary data such as transaction history, product data, and various forms, be sure to complete the download (export) of the data before performing the cancellation operation. - Cancel immediate cancellation: This action cannot be undone.
Please be careful not to operate by mistake.
Simultaneous cancellation of Add-on Subscription
When you perform the cancellation procedure for the DEXTRE Maker App (base plan), all currently subscribed "Add-on Subscription" will also be automatically canceled.
- No individual operation required: Since it is processed collectively with the cancellation of the base plan, there is no need to cancel the add-on contract individually.
- Continuation of use is not possible: You cannot cancel the base plan and continue to use only the add-on functions (such as additional member quota).
Usage fees during the contract period
Even if the subscription contract is canceled in the middle of the period, no refund (prorated calculation) will be made for the remaining period.
- In case of Immediate Cancellation: Even if there is a remaining period that has already been paid, the usage right expires at the same time as the cancellation, and no refund will be made.
- In case of Schedule Cancellation: The usage right continues until the next renewal date, and the next billing will not occur.
Confirmation of operation permission
Members who have the authority for cancellation operations (Schedule Cancellation/Immediate Cancellation) are limited to "Primary Owner" and "Owner".
*"Member"/"Admin" and "Member"/"Write" members cannot perform cancellation operations.
