Change the Base Subscription Plan

Overview​

This operation changes the contract plan of the Base Subscription in the DEXTRE maker app.

After you complete the plan change process, the change is scheduled. The new plan takes effect on the next billing date (contract renewal date).

Purpose​

Change the Base Subscription plan to manage the contract terms that take effect at renewal.

Review the new plan and estimated billing amount before scheduling the change, so you can confirm the terms for the next renewal.

Feature Description​

Available contract plans​

Choose one of the following contract plans.

  • Monthly plan (monthly payment): ¥25,000/month
  • Half-year plan (half-yearly payment): ¥22,500/month
  • Annual plan (annual payment): ¥20,000/month

When the Plan Change Takes Effect​

After you complete the plan change process, the change is scheduled.

The new plan takes effect on the next billing date (contract renewal date).

Members Who Can Complete Contract Procedures​

Only members with Primary Owner or Owner permissions can complete contract procedures.

Instructions​

Open the subscription contract change page​

  1. Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Click the Plan tab.
    *It is open by default.
  4. Click the Schedule Plan Change button.
    The "Change Subscription Contract" page opens.

Schedule a plan change​

  1. Click Select for the plan you want to switch to.
    The "Change Plan" modal opens.
  2. Review the following details.
    • Plan after change
    • Next billing date(contract renewal date)
    • Estimated amount billed after the plan change
  3. Click the Change Plan button.
    The plan change is scheduled.

When you schedule a plan change, Subscription changes scheduled appears on the Subscription > Plan > Base Subscription screen. Check the scheduled renewal date and the new plan.

Important Notes​

Brand Quota Billing Cycle​

If you subscribe to Brand Quota, its billing cycle follows that of the updated Base Subscription.

The fee for the Brand Quota is billed together with the Base Subscription fee at the time of contract renewal.
