Configure Subscription Billing Addresses
Overview
This operation allows you to set and manage the Billing Address that will be printed on invoices and receipts related to DEXTRE usage fees.
Purpose
The billing address settings are used to manage address information on invoices and receipts in accordance with operational rules, maintaining control over contract-related information.
By registering multiple billing addresses and applying the target address as Billing Information, you can centrally manage billing-related information.

Multiple billing addresses can be registered.
Registered billing addresses can be edited or deleted as needed.
Addresses Used as Billing Information
From the registered billing addresses, you can set which address to use as Billing Information.
Invoices and receipts will display the billing address currently set as Billing Information.
Instructions
Follow the steps below to configure the billing address.
1. Register an address
Navigating to the Address Registration Screen
- Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
- Click Subscription.
- Click the Billing Info tab.
- Click Create a New Address.
The "Create Billing Address" modal opens.
Registering an Address

Address
Enter the following items for the billing address information.- Address Display Name (Required)
- Company (Business Name) (Required)
- Country (Required)
- Select a country from the dropdown.
- Zip Code (Required)
- State (Required)
- City (Required)
- Address Line 1 (Required)
- Address Line 2 (Optional)
- Email (Optional)
- Phone Number (Required)

After confirming the entries, click the Create button.
Once the process is successful, the address will be registered.
tipRegistered addresses can be edited or deleted later.
2. Set an address as the billing address
Navigating to the Billing Address Setting Screen
- Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
- Click Subscription.
- Click the Billing Info tab.
- Click the Update button for Billing Address.
The "Update Merchant Billing Information" modal opens.
Updating the Billing Address

Select one registered Billing Address from the dropdown.

After confirming the selection, click the Update button.
Once the process is successful, the billing address will be updated.
Important Notes
Registration and Application are Separate
Simply registering a new billing address does not mean it will be printed on invoices and receipts.
To reflect it on invoices and receipts, you must apply the target address as Billing Information.
Editing an Applied Billing Address
If you edit a billing address that is currently applied as Billing Information, the address information on subsequent invoices and receipts will also be updated.
