Bulk Archive Orders
Overview
This section explains the operation procedure for archiving multiple order data together and excluding them from the Order Management list.
Purpose
By archiving multiple orders in bulk, you can organize the orders displayed in the Order Management list and clearly distinguish which orders require active management.
Removing unnecessary orders from the list makes it easier to focus on orders currently being handled, helping maintain a clearer and more centralized view of order information.
Because the same archive operation no longer needs to be repeated for each order, this feature helps reduce operational effort and save time when processing multiple orders.
Feature Description
Order Statuses eligible for Bulk Archive
Orders eligible for bulk archive are those with one of the following Order Statuses:
- Returned to cart
- Order Rejected
Handling after archiving
Archived order data is excluded from the order list and will not be displayed thereafter.
Instructions
Move to the Bulk Action operation screen

Click Transactions menu > Order Management.
The page transitions to "Order Management." -
From the order list, check the checkboxes of the orders you want to perform the bulk action on.
- You can narrow down the orders by entering conditions in each item of Search.
- Multiple checkboxes can be selected.
- To select all orders that match the search conditions, click Select All.
- Orders with statuses other than the target Order Statuses can be selected at the same time, but they will not be included in the bulk archive.
- To uncheck all, click Remove All Selections.
tipYou can narrow down the orders to be archived by specifying the Status as Returned to cart or Order Rejected from the search field and clicking the Search button.

Click the Bulk Action pulldown.

Click Archive Orders.
The "Archive Orders" modal opens.

Confirm the orders to be archived in bulk under Target Orders.

After confirming the details, click the Archive button.
If the process is successful, the orders will be archived in bulk.
Important Notes
Archive operations cannot be undone
Archiving an order cannot be undone.
Once order data is archived, it cannot be displayed again on the list screen.
If disabled in the Order Management Feature Settings, the archive feature cannot be used
The order archive feature is a function that can be disabled in the Order Management Feature Settings.
If the archive feature is not displayed, it may have been intentionally set by an administrator, so please check the operational rules within your organization.
