Edit Brand Access Settings
Overview
This feature allows you to edit the content of existing Brand Access Settings (Access Policy).
You can change the brands you grant access to and modify policy names and policy codes.
Purpose
The edit function for Brand Access Settings is used to appropriately manage the range of brands a member can access, ensuring the organization's compliance and control.
The purpose is to modify existing access policies in response to operational changes, keeping member viewing and editing permissions in line with actual conditions.

The following items can be edited:
- Policy Code
- Display Name (Policy Name)
- Description
- Accessible Brands
Permissions Required to Perform Operations
Only members with the following permissions can edit Brand Access Settings:
- Primary Owner
- Owner
- Member / Admin
Instructions
Navigate to the Brand Access Settings Edit Screen
- Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
You will be redirected to the Maker Settings page. - Click Member.
- Click the Access Control tab.
- Click the Edit button for the target Brand Access Setting.
The Update Policy modal will open.
How to Fill Out the Form
Edit the input items as necessary.

Policy Code (Required)
Enter the code used by the system within DEXTRE as an identifier.- Registration using half-width alphanumeric characters and symbols is recommended.
- You cannot register a policy code that duplicates another Brand Access Setting.

Display Name (Required)
Enter the name of the Brand Access Setting. -
Description
You can enter a description for the Brand Access Setting. -
Accessible Brands (Required)
Check the brands you wish to grant access to.When the Brand Access Setting is applied to a member, that member will only be able to access the brands that have been checked.
Updating the Brand Access Setting
After confirming the details, click the Update button.
The Brand Access Setting will be updated.
Important Notes
Immediate Reflection for Applied Members
When settings are changed, they are immediately reflected for all members to whom they are applied.
Adding or excluding brands may unintentionally grant viewing permissions or, conversely, may lose viewing access.
Please confirm the scope of impact on members before editing.
Duplicate Policy Codes
The Policy Code must be a unique character string that does not duplicate other Brand Access Settings.
If it duplicates, an error will occur during the update.
