Create Brand Access Settings
Overview
By creating Brand Access Settings, you can control the brands that members can access.
Purpose
The primary purpose of creating Brand Access Settings is to clarify the access scope for each member and to implement access control on a brand-by-brand basis.
By applying Brand Access Settings when inviting members or editing existing members, you can restrict the brands that can be viewed and edited, leading to the assurance of compliance and control within the organization.

What are Brand Access Settings?
Brand Access Settings are settings (policies) that define which brand environments can be accessed by members whose System Role is Member.
Members with Brand Access Settings applied can only access the brands for which permission has been granted.
Access to brands that are not permitted will be restricted.
Required items
The following items are required for the form input:
- Policy Code
- Display Name
- Accessible Brands
Handling of Policy Codes
The Policy Code is an identifier for the setting.
Policy Codes that duplicate existing Brand Access Settings cannot be registered.
Permissions required for operations
The operation can be executed by members with any of the following permissions:
- Primary Owner
- Owner
- Member / Admin
Instructions
Move to the Brand Access Settings creation screen
- Click Maker Settings > Open Maker Settings.
- Click Member.
- Click the Access Control tab.
- Click Create Brand Access Settings.
The "Create Brand Access Settings" modal opens.
How to fill out the form

Policy Code (Required)
Enter the code that the system within DEXTRE uses as an identifier.- Registration using half-width alphanumeric characters and symbols is recommended.
- Policy Codes that duplicate other Brand Access Settings cannot be registered.

Display Name (Required)
Enter the name of the Brand Access Settings. -
Description
You can enter an overview of the Brand Access Settings. -
Accessible Brands (Required)
Check the brands for which access is to be permitted.When the Brand Access Settings are applied to a member, that member will only be able to access the brands that have been checked.
Create Brand Access Settings
After confirming the contents, click the Create button.
The new Brand Access Settings will be created.
Important Notes
Access is not automatically permitted even when a new brand is added
Even if a new brand is added to the maker in the future, access will not be possible for brands that are not checked in the Brand Access Settings.
To permit access to a new brand, please edit the settings or create a new setting.
Policy Codes cannot be duplicated
The Policy Code must be a unique character string that does not duplicate other Brand Access Settings.
If it duplicates, an error will occur during creation.
