View Shipping Status and Details for Delivery Notes (Ship&co Integration)
Overview
With this feature, the Shipping Status (Shipment Status) of Ship&co can be confirmed from the Delivery Note data in DEXTRE.
Purpose
By centrally managing Delivery Notes and Shipping Information within DEXTRE, shipping details such as delivery status and Tracking Numbers can be confirmed without navigating back and forth between Ship&co and DEXTRE.
This leads to increased efficiency in shipping management operations.
Feature Description
Conditions for Reflecting Shipping Status and Shipping Information
To reflect the Shipping Status and Shipping Information in the Delivery Note, the following conditions must be met.
- A contract with Ship&co has been made and the integration settings between DEXTRE and Ship&co have been configured.
- Order data derived from the import CSV file generated from DEXTRE has been created on the Ship&co side.

Synchronization Timing of Shipping Data
When a shipment is completed on the Ship&co side, DEXTRE automatically retrieves the shipping data and reflects the Shipping Status and Shipping Information in the related Delivery Note data.
Synchronization of shipping data is performed automatically twice a day, at 09:00 AM and 09:00 PM Japan Time.
Types of Shipping Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | A state where the shipment has not been completed on the Ship&co side. It is displayed immediately after the import CSV file is generated in DEXTRE. |
| Shipped | A state where the shipment has been completed on the Ship&co side. |
Items Confirmable in Shipping Information
In the Shipping Information, the following items can be confirmed.
- Created Time
- Shipped At
- Delivered At
- Tracking Numbers
- Carrier Code
- Service Code
Instructions
Navigating to the Delivery Notes List Screen
- Click the Transactions menu > Delivery Management.
- Click the Delivery Invoices tab.
*It is open by default.
Confirming the Shipping Status and Shipping Information of the Delivery Note

Check the Shipping Status column in the Delivery Notes list table.
The generation status of the CSV file and the shipping status can be confirmed as a status.

Click Shipping Information as necessary.
The Shipping Information modal will open. Detailed Shipping Information can be confirmed.
Important Notes
Display Timing of the Shipping Status Pending
The Shipping Status Pending is displayed regardless of whether the order data has been created on the Ship&co side.
From the moment the import CSV file is generated in DEXTRE until the CSV is imported into Ship&co, the shipment is completed, and DEXTRE synchronizes the shipping status, it will always remain in the Shipping Status Pending.
