Download a CSV File for Ship&co Import

Overview​

This feature allows you to generate and download a CSV file for Ship&co order data import based on DEXTRE delivery note data.

Purpose​

By automatically generating CSV files for Ship&co from delivery note data, this feature eliminates manual data transcription, helping to reduce man-hours and create time in shipping operations.

Unifying procedures through bulk export can also be used for business standardization and prevention of person-dependent tasks.

Feature Description​

CSV file generation targets​

You can generate and download a CSV file for Ship&co order data import based on DEXTRE delivery note data.

Multiple delivery notes can be selected and exported together as a single CSV file.

Delivery date specifications​

When generating a CSV file, you can specify whether to include the delivery date for each delivery note. If included, it will be added in the DeliveryDate column within the CSV file.

Re-downloading generated CSV files​

CSV files that have been generated and downloaded once can be re-downloaded as many times as needed later.

Instructions​

Moving to the Generate import file for Ship&co page​

  1. Click Transactions menu > Delivery Management.
  2. Click the Ship&co Import Files tab.
  3. Click Generate import file for Ship&co.
    You will be redirected to the Generate import file for Ship&co page.

How to fill out the form​

  1. Search Delivery Notes
    You can narrow down delivery notes by entering conditions in each item.

    *By default, it is filtered to delivery notes for which a CSV file has not yet been created.

  2. Select Delivery Notes
    Select the delivery notes to be linked with Ship&co by checking the checkboxes. You can make multiple selections.

  3. Click Download import file for Ship&co.
    The Generate import file for Ship&co modal will open.

  4. Delivery Date
    Specify whether to include the delivery date to the CSV file for each delivery note using the checkbox.

    • Include delivery date in CSV file is enabled: The value of the delivery date of the corresponding delivery note is included in the DeliveryDate column in the CSV file.
    • Include delivery date in CSV file is disabled: The delivery date of the corresponding delivery note is not included in the CSV file.

    In addition, you can perform the following bulk operations from the buttons in the header row.

    • To check all target delivery notes, click Select All.
    • To uncheck all, click Unselect.

Downloading the CSV file​

After confirming the input details, click Generate.

The CSV file will be generated and downloaded directly.

tip

CSV files once generated can be re-downloaded as many times as needed later.

  1. Click Transactions menu > Delivery Management.
  2. Click the Ship&co Import Files tab.
  3. Click the Download button for the target CSV file. The CSV file will be downloaded.

Important Notes​

Regarding the specification of shipping companies​

Currently, DEXTRE does not have a registration feature for shipping companies. Therefore, the default CSV file exported from DEXTRE only supports "Custom Carriers".

If you wish to specify a shipping company in advance, you must directly edit the data in the exported CSV file.

Regarding the delivery date inclusion specification screen​

The screen when generating a CSV file may look like a preview display, but the specification of whether to include the delivery date is an important setting that is reflected in the actual CSV file generation.

Please execute the download after making the necessary settings.

Regarding prior settings​

To use this feature, a contract with Ship&co and the integration settings between DEXTRE and Ship&co must be completed in advance.
