Configure Ship&co Integration

Overview

This feature allows you to perform the initial settings for linking Delivery Note information created in DEXTRE with Ship&co shipping data to manage shipments.

Purpose

By configuring the Ship&co integration, shipping management procedures can be standardized for each Brand, preventing reliance on specific individuals.

Through the integration settings, CSV files for Ship&co can be generated and downloaded from DEXTRE Delivery Note data, and the retrieval of shipping information is also automated. This leads to a reduction in man-hours and creates more time for shipping operations.

Prerequisites

To use this feature, a contract with Ship&co and the acquisition of an API token (Access Token) on the Ship&co side are required in advance.

Fees

Makers using DEXTRE can use this integration feature free of charge.

*A separate usage contract with Ship&co, the integration partner, is required.

Setting Units and Capabilities of the Integration

Ship&co integration settings are performed for each Brand environment.

Once the integration is enabled, you can do the following:

  • Generate and download CSV files for uploading to Ship&co from DEXTRE Delivery Note data.
  • After shipping is completed on the Ship&co side, DEXTRE automatically retrieves shipping data and reflects the Shipping Status and Tracking No. in the corresponding Delivery Note information.

Items Handled in Integration Settings

The integration settings handle the following items:

  • API Token (Access Token): Register the token issued by Ship&co into DEXTRE.
  • Connection Status: You can manage the integration with Ship&co as Active or Inactive. Setting it to Inactive allows you to disconnect the integration state.
  • Select Notification Members: You can specify members to receive notification emails regarding the Ship&co integration.

Completion and Changes of Integration Settings

When the integration settings are successfully completed, the Connection Status will be updated to Integrated.

After integrating, you can change the Access Token, Connection Status, and Select Notification Members at any time.

Instructions

Obtain an API Token from Ship&co

The API token is obtained from the Ship&co Admin page.

For details on the procedure, please refer to the official Ship&co documentation.

The obtained API token will be entered on the DEXTRE side in the next step. Please store it in a secure location.

Configure Integration Settings in DEXTRE

Start the operation from any Brand Page.

Navigate to the Integration Settings Screen

  1. Click the Settings menu.
  2. Click Ship&co under System Integration.
  3. Click Connect with Ship&co.
    The "Connect To Ship&co" modal will open.

Configure the Integration

  1. Access Token
    Enter the API token obtained from Ship&co.

  2. Select Notification Members
    Check the boxes for members who should receive notification emails regarding the Ship&co integration. Multiple members can be selected.

  3. After confirming the details, click the Connect button.

    Upon successful connection, the Connection Status will be updated to Integrated.

Check or Change DEXTRE Integration Settings

After connecting, you can check or change the DEXTRE integration settings as needed using the following steps.

Navigate to the Integration Settings Screen

  1. Click the Settings menu.
  2. Click Ship&co under System Integration.
  3. Click Connect with Ship&co.
    The "Connect To Ship&co" modal will open.

Check or Change Integration Settings

The following items can be confirmed or changed as necessary:

  1. Access Token
    You can confirm or change the API token obtained from the Ship&co account in use.

  2. Connection Status
    You can change whether the connection status with Ship&co is Active or Inactive using the toggle button.

    • Active: Sets the connection status with Ship&co to Active. If the connection is successful, the status becomes Integrated.
    • Inactive: Sets the connection status with Ship&co to Inactive. The integration state is disconnected, and the status becomes Not Integrated.
  3. Select Notification Members
    Check the boxes for members who should receive notification emails regarding the Ship&co integration. Multiple members can be selected.

  4. Update
    To save changes, click the Update button.

    Upon successful processing, the Ship&co integration settings will be updated.

Contracts and operating procedures for Ship&co are outside the scope of support.
